Dogs of War...Lots and lots of Dogs of War...

Seriously, I'd use siege weapons.

Thunderers shooting then stand and fire.Give them sheilds aswell.Or Crossbows with Great weps.have a Rune Smith/Loird and a Thane Battle Standard with Rune of Slowness and master Rune of Valaya.
That'll give you 5/6 dispell dice with +2 to each attempt auto maticly dispelling remain in play spells within 12" deducting D6 inches from oppents charge range.
Gyrocopters also ******** elves in the a** quite pleasingly.

I don't like the new Dwarf war machines. The way they replaced all the wood with metal. I just think that takes away from the models.
Painting a Dwarf is now a Boltgun Metal spaypaint and some beard work...
Not too musc fun to paint. stare

Look, I saw the pictures in White Dwarf and cringed.
The painting was so dullto look at compared to the old models.
Not that it matters to me... I perfer the classic models anyway.
They have more character.

I do paint how I want. That's why my Slayers beards aren't that horrible orange colour.
I just perfer the lookof the old war machines anyway. They look better I think.

The best models of all are of course the Drunk Dwarf series.
I wish I had more of them...
