Sorry I haven't posted in so long, lots of medical issues to deal with. I think I may take a break from working out for a little while until some things clear up. Doctors appointments and travel. We'll see. Still holding strong at 168, though.

I really need to get back into my weight loss regiment. It's been, what, 4 months since I stepped in here?
My weight hasn't gone up much, 2 pounds to be exact. In 4 months. That's not so bad, right? The issue becomes, how to combat cravings! D:

Current weight: 170 [no cloths on]

Pounds to lose: 35

Pounds already lost since diet started: 49

Here we go again! whee
