I used to live in a house that had a friendly old Black man who walked up and down the stairs at night.

I know the dead can talk. I've heard enough stories to make me believe.

my house has two little girl ghosts. They are between the ages of 5 and 9 (I think).

Ah well. My friend's house has a man who sits on the chair in the bathroom. Sometimes he'll be polite and leave the room. Other times he'll just stare at you. You get used to him though. He's harmless really. He's not gonna tell anyone lol
