"ok professor i was working in herbology and i learned that mandrakes are similar in human behavior i then asked these questions but thought i would askyou as well since they pertain to the dark arts i was wondering why are there so many simularites between human behavior and mandrakes
also if a human was crazy and decided to be a plant and tried to bury them selves and then was raised the same way as mandrakes given only the the same things given to mandrakes could you cut up a human and use them inplace of the mandrake for the potion im sure they would screwam just as loud also what effect would cut up human have on the mandrake potion made for curing petrified people?"

Well, yes, you will have a chance to do non-verbal defense spells later in this level. I believe it will occur during our dueling lesson in a few weeks.

hmmm i think i would like to learn about the ways in whihc spells can be used in the dark arts and how to defend against them seeing as how you have covered a good deal of creatures and items although i might like to see something on trolls or giants that would be fun

We can't really go into Dark Arts spells. The Headmaster forbids the teaching of such spells. We can learn about which spells to avoid but having full on teaching of them, no. It can't happen. Trolls and Giants are more of magical creatures type of teaching not Dark Creatures. Well...actually we'll touch on that.

ok professor since we cant learn about dark spells is there a way to learn to defend against them that the head master will let us learn?also if i brought my pet troll to class would i get in trouble my father tamed it when i was a child although its still some what dangerous if not controlled properly

"Confundo" spell hits her in the leg and is not very effective she then is not sure why we are fighting in the first place

as i was wondering what is for lunch i loose concentration and miss my target hitting a painting and having no effecft
