*adds my opinion here* I love tattoos as long as they are tasteful.. I hate seeing a person covered with random tats that have nothing to do with the others or even look good togehter. I like to see a scheme. Your body is on large canvous not a million tiny ones should you choose to make it one.

madison-silver okay but scientifically - they are there for the early stages of feeding after birth for your offspring. and i don't see why guys like large breasts (even though i have read your point.) i mean - i have a boyfriend and he's okay with the size of my breasts - and given my age and my genes (lol) thats kinda small, lol Yes, but selective evolution is scientific too. Large breasts or prominent breasts imply that on the biological level you are able to feed your babies.
That said, though I'm sure I'm right, I dropped Biology after GCSE and took little further interest. So it'll only be a basic explanation.

Okay, you cannot deny the effects of sexual selction upon evolution, if something appears to be sexy to the guys then they will be predisposed to breeding and the female characteristic will be promoted.
Are all women large chested?
The iguana rests his case.
Anyway, tattoos and piercing can be utterly sexy beyond words; and then the wearing can look like a idiot with them. It's a fine line like always.

I've got no objection to tattoos and piercings, but I think they're a bit of a cliche. Especially when it comes to tattooing - how many millions of people think they're so alternative because they've got a Chinese character or a butterfly on them somewhere? I thought about having the barcode off a packet of chocolate digestives tattooed on my once, but decided it was silly - not that it matters, because I'm not old enough to get a tattoo yet.

I had a similar thought sometime in the lower-school, though it was a nondescript barcode rather than a biscuity one.

That would be quite funny. It it was obvious that it was a barcode. "Why does that guy have those stripes on him?" Anyone seen that picture of the woman who wanted to look like a cat? They had plastic surgery. They just look a bit weird. The person with the most peircings also look a bit weird.

madison-silver i like my body the way it is and certainly wouldnt get a boob job - breasts are there for feeding your babies not for men to oggle at. Not really. If breasts were there solely for feeding young then women would only have them during pregnancy and breastfeeding like most mammals. Invi Large breasts or prominent breasts imply that on the biological level you are able to feed your babies. Not really. The larger a woman's breasts, the longer it takes for them to be producing milk at full capacity after childbirth (since breasts are mostly composed of fatty tissue that needs to be broken down to make room for the mammary glands), which implies that larger breasts would be selected against if men were sexually attracted to women with breast sizes that implied high milk production. As regards plastic surgery, or any body modification, I should make it clear that I don't care what people do with their own bodies and their own money and I think less of people who do care. I kind of agree with Iguana as regards their attractiveness, though. Spatterdash how many millions of people think they're so alternative because they've got a Chinese character or a butterfly on them somewhere? To be honest, I don't think people have tattoos like that to be 'different', but to be fashionable.
