The students see a pendent hanging from a tree in the mist. Calder tries to climb a tree but falls out. Seeing as this isn't for him, he goes back to his dorm with a bruised ego and rump.

Call From Home (Calder)
Calder's parents get word that their son tried to drown someone and call back to scold him. They remind him of some kelpie principles and also that he should be saving people in water and not hurting them. They push him to try and control himself or else he will need to find someone who can.

Kelpie 101 - ((Christof, Calder, Barth))
Hyper on sugar, Christof goes to speak his mind to Barth as Calder suggests. Christof winds up having a very tender moment with his master, while Calder just seems disappointed by the lack of fighting. He does learn a little more about masters and Igors.
