Dill walked into the same writing class. He spotted her as he made his way to his seat, back left corner. He was followed him by a few guys he met at the rally and they all began talking. the guys were giving him the low down on the school. He thought it was very interesting.

Lexi was amazed that Dill was also in her class. "Hey!" She whispered to him, trying to catch his attention since class had already started. "I didn't see you in the rally, where were you?" She knew that her friend was staring daggers into the back of her head, since she wasn't "allowed" to talk to skaters and their ilk since well, cheerleaders and them never were really on the same page anyways.

"I was in the senior section... you were good." The guys where looking at Dill like he was crazy as he talked to her. he didn't really get it but also noticed her friend staring daggers at her and glaring at him.

"Oh, thanks. I worked on that all summer." Lexi said with a smiled before she glanced over at the teacher, making sure they wouldn't get busted. She then realized something, glancing back at him with a gentle chuckle. "Say, I never got your name when we first met. My name's Alexandra, but you can call me Lexi."

"Dylan... but you can call me Dill." He smiled a little and looked at the teacher. some of the guys whispered hurriedly at him, asking him if he had a death wish. they seemed to figure one of the football players would beat him up for just looking at her.

"Dill," Lexi said once just to remember before she smiled at him. "I like it." She told him before her friend grabbed her arm and tugged her back her way. After a verbal scolding through whispered breaths, Lexi looked down at the ground, a bit defeated. She bit her bottom lip before she touched a hand to her head. She took out a notebook and just began to doodle, not in much of a good mood anymore.

Dill saw Lexi's scolding and felt a little bad. He didn't get the separation of the school at all. So when the bell rang and they were dismissed he tried to catch her before she got to far in the hall.

Lexi couldn't help but thank god fast enough that the class was over. She packed up her things in a rush and got out of there as fast as her legs would carry her. She never understood the hierarchy of this school. It pissed her off to no end. She soon made it to her locker to swap out some notebooks for a binder and a small book, just wanting a moment to be alone.

Dill saw her move like she had a fire under her a** and decided to leave her be. He'd get around to talking to her later. He went to find his locker and low and behold his locker wasn't far from hers. He walked past her as he found his locker, three down from her. "Hey Lexi." He said as he worked out his combination.

Lexi quickly turned to face whoever said her name, since she wasn't really expecting anyone to talk to her at the moment. But once she saw that it was Dylan, she immediately felt herself lighten up. "Oh, hi there Dill." She said with a polite smile as she continued to decorate her new locker with pictures and a mirror and other little doo-dads.

"Decorating your locker?" He asked as he finally got his own open. He saw all the graffiti and just shook his head. he shoved his books and board in his locker and closed it. He walked towards her locker.

"Yeah, it's a tradition I do every year. Sounds silly I know but well, I like colorful things." Lexi told him with a genuine smile, chuckling underneath her breath. She then began to tape up postcards her father sent her from when he was away on business. Places like Cabo San Lucas, France, Japan, and Germany. She always loved to travel with him, like she did over the summer. She then turned back to him, leaning against her lovker with a smirk. "You like it?"

"Very nice.... That your boyfriend?" Dill pointed to one of the football guys in her photos. He really did like all the postcards. They were very cool and very artsy. He was a little surprised at where she fell in the social status.

"Who? Logan? Oh god no!" Lexi exclaimed with a giggle, actually finding it amusing. "He's been my best buddy since frosh year. He saved me from walking into the boy's bathroom and I saved him from a food fight, so we've been helping each other out ever since." She explained to him with a smile as she ran a hand through her blond hair, taking it out of the ponytail holster so she could tossle it about for a moment. "I'm sure you've had your fair share of smokin' hot girlfriends though, right?"

Dill chuckled, "No not really. I've had a few girlfriends but nothing that lasted long." He looked down at his shoes a minute. "So I was wondering whats with all the social hierarchy stuff around here? seems kinda stupid."
