hacking basicly. and no, barrowing my sisters DS, she plays pokemon also

What if someone hacked the stats, but set them to the highest they could possibly be legit standards.
Would anyone even notice?

Legitimetly. No. but the Pokesav is the closest thing to keeping to the rules via the laws of hacking. thats why so many shiny pokemon on wifi are too... powerful as to parsay.
