Edmond didn't think much of Greta's new costume, nor did he think much of her making a show of herself when she'd been an Immortal for less than a year. As soon as Kortan was out of his sight (gods forbid) he would have to thank Methos for relieving him of the effects of a Dark Quickening he'd experienced when he took the Immortal head of brash Captain Sellenger. He couldn't undo what he'd done to one under his care and authority while she slept, but he could make the most of what she'd gained from the encounter. His buildings tended to be holy ground, so he trained her in those places, physically and mentally, every day. He saw no room to conceal a weapon about her person, and here she was surrounded by Immortals. Clearly she was not taking the training seriously. Although, if the men and women around her were trustworthy, she wouldn't have to worry. That was a big "if".
Greta spied a Jem'Hadar cosplayer (or what she thought was a cosplayer. That makeup job was too convincing) heading for the Klingon with the slimy gummy worms. She had plans to take her wires and knives on for peace-bonding when she spied Duncan MacLeod. Her memories of him, long buried, came screaming back to her in an instant. Darn Immortal Flashbacks. Seeing the signature "looking away into the past" expression on his chiseled face, she decided to let him drift off into painful memories in her stead. He never called her back, though. That thought could never escape her mind. She didn't find out what had happened to Tessa for days after she gave Duncan what aid she could in finding his ill-fated fiancé. She'd made a conscious effort to not employ her precognition after that. She'd kept up that effort to this day. She'd come to regret it once her employer had explained what he'd done to her while she slept in his home, and more so when he offered her his own head as reparation.

"Hello, Methos." replied Kortan, addressing his returning plaything. A few mouths were agape at this news, and Kortan smiled to himself that he had gone unnoticed at his own convention. This would make his plan for the MacLeods very easy to achieve. Not failing to notice the increase in people approaching the three converged groups, he pointed out that he'd memorized Methos's every nuances and gesture long ago, when beating him shamefully was still fun. Wondering if he'd finally see if there was any lingering scarring from their last encounter (where again he'd spared Methos for being a disappointment) he warned the outed Immortal away with his eyes.
Greta was a bit nervous around Duncan (and resentful that he was in his prime forever and she wasn't) and the all-too-familiar whistle from the completely covered man only made things worse. She wished she could have been more helpful to Duncan, and that he'd called back. Even if he'd lost her number, he knew where she worked, so he could have found her easily. If she'd known where he'd been, she would have turned to him as her teacher, instead of Edmond, who she turned to for many more things.
