Hmmm, let me try some random crap:

This monster can be special summoned onto the field from your hand, graveyard or if removed by play by removing a light(fairy or fiend) and dark (fairy or fiend) from the field and/or graveyard.This monster gains the combined amount of attack and defense of both monsters.There can only be one DD Libra on the field.
If this card is specialed summon, depending on the combination of the creatures removed it gains the following effects:
1 light fiend and 1 dark fairy: this monster is not affected by your opponent's card effect's and you can remove one dark monster from your graveyard to special summon one removed light monster from the game to your side of the field(even your opponents).
1 light fairy and 1 dark fiend: this monster can't be destroyed by battle and by removing a light monster from your graveyard you can special summon a removed a dark monster from the game to your side of the field(even your opponents).

endymions last stand
spellcard

this card can only be activated when "magical citadel of endymion" is in play. pay half of your lifepoints to give citadel twice the total counters on your side of the field. at the end phace of the turn this card was activated, destroya "magical ciradel of endymion" and all of its counters(you cannot remove counters to keep citadel in play). you may only use 1 "endymions last stand" per turn.

magical examplar: summon a power monster
magical marionette: destroy all ur opponents monsters
endymion master magician: special summon him and get a spell card back.

when this monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard you may special summon 1 from your hand or deck. When this card is special summoned from your hand or deck destroy it and special summon 1 other Bursting Wolf Tribe from your graveyard.

It seems useless, but think about how easy it would be to draw burn cards if your deck went down to 15 or less cards in a few turns.

Equipment spell

Any monster equiped with this card can destroy a monster with a higher attack or level than the equipped monster.
Your opponent gets the following effect after the attack resolves:
If the monster was destroyed because of a higher level:
Draw cards equal to the difference of level(maximum 5)
If the monster was destroyed by higher attack:
You may special summon a monster with a lower attack than the monster that was destroyed but not higher than the monster that destroyed that monster with this card.

As long as this card is face up on the field you may negate the activation of any card that you choose.

The Junkyard

Hmmm.. If I had a dream card, it would be a spell card that, when summoned, it promoted world peace and compeletly stopped the duel, having both of the players shake hands and accept each other as friends.
