I cannot tell you how proud I am of you guys for sticking with this!

Daily Form (Day Three!)
Did you do it?: Of course!
How many breaks?: 2 or 3, short ones.
How do you feel?: More energized, I can really feel my abs, and my endurance has improved quite a bit. I can actually feel my obliques in a matter of 3 days. o_o;
Improvement from yesterday?: Definitely.

How do you feel? even more sore this morning.

i like doing this right before bed.while i sleep m body can recover.

i going to do it in the middle of the day today (day 3) to see if it makes a difference when i do it.

Alright, hey everyone!
I am making myself come back!
My neighbour has been getting me back into some jogging
and it's feeling great so I want to get back on track!
so I'm going to start with this!
I'll just start now, missing two days.
I guess I can't count the ab routines I did in the last two days towards this since they weren't this specific routine right?

How do you feel? Extremely tired, had a rough day and I think I'm getting sick. Abs still hurting from yesterday, but my neck is better. Totally getting back on the ball tomorrow. smile

How do you feel?: me neck is still killing me, even if i don't lift my head off the ground my body still is using my neck muscles regardless... its getting painful to get out of bed

Did you do it?: Yes! I almost forgot though. o_o I did it at like 10pm.
How many breaks?: Only 2, I'm getting more fluid with it.
How do you feel?: It's hard but I'm determined.
Improvement from yesterday?: Not really in action but I'm actually starting to see some definition, what??? Awesome! biggrin Going to post a pic on the 15th, my halfway mark, you all should do the same!!

How do you feel?: I'm still trying to keep my neck out of the exercise, but I'm also really feeling where my abs are now.

How do you feel?: me neck is still killing me, i have a really bad headache and i can't really sleep thanks to my neck. i'm try putting something under my head to see if i can lessen the strain on my neck. if i cant get this neck thing under control i'm going to have to quit this for health reason.

How do you feel?: I feel pretty good, unfortunately because of that I've been slacking eating-wise. /: Gotta stay on top of things!

@Nolone: Are you doing it on a softer surface? That always strains my neck. I'm sorry you're having neck trouble - don't keep doing this if it's hurting you. ;o; <3

Did you do it?: Heck Yes!
How many breaks?: 1.
How do you feel?: I feel really good about the video now - it takes a while to load for me but it's well worth it - I now am expecting the movements and it doesn't feel like 8 minutes at all! The first time it felt like an HOUR, but now it feels like almost no time at all has passed.
Improvement from yesterday?: Performance? Yes. Weight? No.
