Day 11:

211!!!

Cup of coffee and a bowl of macaroni.

some scalloped potatoes
and a grilled ham n cheese sammich

bowl of macaroni
yogurt

Day 12:

210 baby.

Just got up.
no food or drink yet.

salad
piece of toast with peanut butter

peppers!
potatoes and hamburger dish w/ ketchup

and like...30 ******** lifesavers. WHY DID I DO THAT? lololol. i bet they are calorie packed and empty. but oh ******** well. stay positive.

Day 13:

210 still.

reese's peanut butter cup? wtf was i thinking?

bowl of shells and white cheddar. about a serving and a half's worth.

half a chicken sammich.
a handful of taters.
and some peppers with ranch.

mo noodles.

Day 14:

Still 210.
I need to kick up the exercise, because I feel like I am wasting time and not improving.

I had a piece of pizza, a handful of tater tots, and 1/3 of a chicken sammich.
Plus a cup of coffee.

That's a fairly fatty and greasy meal.
So for the rest of the day, I hope I can get more veggies and raw foods in.

Maybe it works for you, but I suggest not weighing in every day. Maybe every three days? Or every week? It is not healthy to lose more then two or three pounds a week after the first week, and if you see the number every week, because you are obviously losing at a good rate, it may be more encouraging.

It is not healthy to lose more then two or three pounds a week after the first week, and if you see the number every week, because you are obviously losing at a good rate, it may be more encouraging.

but i like weighing myself
i find it interesting to see how it fluctuates
and figure out why


i probably shouldn't always record it
but i do

and as for how much i am or am not supposed to lose, i am not worried about it being too much. i am eating enough, and not over exerting myself. so if weight wants to come off naturally right now, i welcome it. but i've been straight 210 for a couple days now. i think it's getting time for me to get more exercise.

and i haven't done today's weigh in and started the log yet
so i should get on that

I'm a pretty compulsive weigh-er too and it's not a bad thing as long as you don't get obsessed with how much you weigh. I've gotten to the point where I know I gain x pounds throughout the day and lose y pounds at night, so it's kind of fun to guess where I'm at, and to be pleasantly surprised if I've lost a bit. C:

I usually weigh myself 2x per day. And it's not bad, as long as you don't get obsessive. 3nodding

Also, I hope you break your plateau, I know how bad they suck. >_< Good luck. <3

with a pickle
some water

gunna do a lil cardio
maybe go out tonight, but not suree

I'm a pretty compulsive weigh-er too and it's not a bad thing as long as you don't get obsessed with how much you weigh. I've gotten to the point where I know I gain x pounds throughout the day and lose y pounds at night, so it's kind of fun to guess where I'm at, and to be pleasantly surprised if I've lost a bit. C:

I'll get a hold on it.

And yeah, i pretty much know what i weigh when and why.
my morning weigh ins are pretty consistent, though
which is why the whole 211 thing kinda sucks
but i think i'm retaining water from getting more salty foods in my diet than usual

it doesn't matter
i'm still eating healthier
and i'm still going to exercise

Well as long as it works and you have a optimistic veiw point about it. Do not push yourself two hard six pounds in two weeks is great razz

You are losing faster then I am smile The most I could do is two pounds a week. You are doing so well. And you are eating healthy while doing it too.

Day 17

I've skipped a bit.

211 still. lol.
friday i started the couch to 5k program thing.
but i also ate really badly that night with my friend.
and saturday i also ate...very poorly.
today has not been any better.

but i will say, in my defense, that it is STILL A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN WHAT I USED TO EAT LIKE. And I am still on the right track.
I can't be healthy and productive all the time.

I don't even necessarily care to track the things I've eaten from friday to now. But I'll try.

Friday, I forget what I had eaten in the begining of the day.
But my supper was a personal size pizza. a bread stick. and a snickers. -___-

then, Saturday, i had a piece of pizza and a cup of coffee for breakfast.
i went shopping, and for lunch i had a "small" moolate.

supper was a two pieces of pizza.

AND I CHEATED AND HAD HALF A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE -_____-
it was sooo goooood
but sooo not worth it

Today is not so good.
I had some peppers with ranch.
Some pickles, wrapped in cream cheese and pastrami.
AND SOME BACON AND WEENIE WRAPS
crying

I meant to do my cardio today, but when I woke up we already had company.
And my mom has strategically placed the treadmill IN THE LIVING ROOM. -__-
if they leave before dinner time, i'll still get on the ball

I did do my workout!
And right now I am still recovering and drinking water.

DAY 18

Well, this weekend was pretty counterproductive.
Even though I worked out friday and sunday, I ate horribly.
The scale this morning said 212, but I am going to chalk it up to retaining water and undigested food. If it's not below 210 by friday, that's when I'll probably worry.

Woke up this morning around 10:30 to babysit.
I made my breakfast.
A bowl of oatmeal. 150 calories.
A cup of yogurt. 110 calories.
And some sliced veggies with ranch. 100 calories.

I might not do any workout today, I am a still recovering from yesterday.
I might 'JUST DANCE' lololol wow that was lame.

had broccoli and cheese with chicken

peanut butter toast

then had a piece of pizza
