What do you and your friends do on Wednesdays? If there's like, a local mall, you can get a ton of walking done while socializing too. :]
If you can't work out one day a week though it won't hurt. :]

We usually don't do much but hang around and talk, sometimes doing some dancing. The biggest problem is just that we have to find food to feed all of us and the most easily mass produced foods are usually fatty and starchy.

Don't forget to exercise! It's good for you. :]
Even if you're crunched for time, it only takes about 10 minutes to get in a few pushups and crunches! See what your max for both is, and then add one every day. :]
I started with 5 pushups, 45 bicycle crunches (the best kind! look up on YouTube) and then added 1 and 2 every day so I did 6/47 etc. :]

Yeah, I try to "exercise," but lately I have been getting a workout just by doing my everyday things. Like yesterday, I didn't really do a "proper" workout, but I went bowling for an hour and then had to scoop water out of my garden because it was overflowing into my house (I hate rain stressed )
