I'm bi, but I wouldn't mind dating transgenders. I know a couple of them that I would be ok with... except one is 14 so he (he switches between dressing as a boy and dressing as a girl at whim, but he always is called "he" because he doesn't want to fully be a girl) is off-limits. The other can be kind of intimidating at times but I wouldn't mind too much if we somehow inexplicably got into a relationship... the only thing is, she doesn't like to go steady, so such an occurrence would be darn near impossible. xd
You probably are thinking, "But doesn't that make you pan?" My answer is, not exactly, I'm just a very open-minded bi. The way I see it, if you already like men AND women, then it wouldn't make a difference if you dated someone who was trans, because it's not like there's a third type of sex chromosome (Z? Q? 6?) in there that makes them "incompatible" with your preference. I still don't have the mindset that pansexuals have; I make clear distinctions between what I like in a guy and what I like in a girl, and stick firmly to them. If I were to find a trans that I liked, I'd base what I look for in them on their point in the gender spectrum (e.g., I'd look for my male preferences in an FTM, my girl ones in an MTF, and a combo of both if they identify as both or neither).
