Food:
Alright, so today I ate mac and cheese, and cake lol. There wasn't really any formal breakfast, lunch, dinner sort of thing. But that's about all I ate. Not healthy , but I suppose it's less than I would normally eat on a holiday. ..There were also baby carrots in there at some point. ..and potato salad

Exercise:

-15 minutes of rebounding/hoar dancing/random kicks and jumps and stuff D:
-5 minutes of jump rope

Breakfast: >.> garlic spaghetti
Exercise: Biking 45-50 mins around town
Lunch: Ahh..
lunch was beautiful. lots of green stuff. Although prior to lunch I had some cake, but very thin slices. Lunch was - steamed broccoli and peas. A very green salad, with lettuce, spinach, and apples. Mustard vinagrette Dinner:

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ soymilk.
Exercise: Biked to the store to get an actual scale!
-75 girlie push ups
-75 jabs
-75 upper cuts
-20 Sitting Flies , I'll do abs and legs tonight :]

Lunch: Broccoli with green peas.

Dinner:
Subway (veggie delight)..>.< random bag of Doritoes(like 300 calories T^T) , >.> and 2 of my sister's fries from checkers.

Exercise:
-10 inner thigh lifts
-10 outer thigh lifts

Breakfast: I had mashed potatoes and peas

Exercise: going biking afterwards.

Lunch/Dinner: I had spaghetti ..there was some pie somewhere in there.

Snack:
I randomly had a few oranges/ apples throughout the day.

My Thoughts: Hmm this holiday season I've been a bit discouraged about my goal, but I will try and persevere. Hopefully, we will go grocery shopping and that will lighten my mood.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Well I didn't wake up breakfast time, so I don't really have labels for the meals I ate. I had mac and cheese twice and then later a sandwich. I also ended up having two cans of Sierra Mist during the day.

exercise: I took my multivitamin (forgot to say I got a new one 2 days ago)
-100 girlie pushups
-10 Leg ups
-12 outer thigh lifts
-10 inner thigh lifts
-15 circular crunches
-30 Bicycles
-60 upper cuts
-60 jabs

Exercise: Short 40 minute walk

Snack:
Apple

Lunch: Stir Fry Veggies (Broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic, mushrooms) with enriched pasta. I also had an apple >.>

Breakfast: Oatmeal , and a banana.
Calories: 378
Fiber: 7g
Sugars: 46g :[!
Sodium: 36mg
protein: 6g
Saturated Fat: .5g
Trans Fat: 0!!
Thoughts about this meal: We need to buy more soymilk, I had to cook my oatmeal in crummy apple juice (which raised my sugar intake too much) . Definitely less sugar in the future.

edit: I only ate like half of that oatmeal D:

Snack: sweet potato pie :[


Lunch:
Bowtie pasta w/ tomato sauce. (w/ Parmesan)
Calories: 500
Sugars: 4 + 1.5+9= 14.5g
Fiber: 3+ 3 + 2 = 8
Sodium: 570mg
Saturated Fat: 1 + 1 + 0 =2
Trans Fat: 0
protein: 8 + 11 + 2 = 21

snack: pb and j sandwich.
Calories: 300 + 100 + 110 = 510
Protein: 4 + 12 = 16g
Sugars: 3 + 16 + 3 = 22
Sat Fat: 4.5 + 0 = 4.5
Sodium: 10 + 150 + 200 = 360
Fiber: 3 + 3 = 6

Dinner: Black Eyes peas
no idea about the nutrition info, my mother cooked them . I looked it up, and im guessing at the amount I ate here.

Calories: 260
Sodium: 500mg
Fiber: 10g
Protein: 20g
92.3% of calories from carbs/proteins. Huzzah, complex carbs <3.

snack: moar pie

January First 2010!

Breakfast: black eyed peas (no idea)

Lunch: Pasta w/ onions ( 320 cals)

Dinner: Slice of pie, pasta w/ tomato sauce
300 + 200+ 100 + 15 + 50 = 665

sorry for the lack of detail sad spent most of the day doing hw/ writing.

I'm going to try ankle weights, they sound awesome eek

I can wear them while I'm chilling at home. How big of an improvement have you noticed?

@freelance lover: I mainly use them for strength training/ walking around school on the days I don't bike to school . How "good" they are is dependent on how you use them. If you stick to the strength training routines and don't cheat then they're amazing and really affordable. :] I wouldn't recommend doing anything besides light walking (as in around the house/ school - not power walking) because they'd ruin your ankles. Also, sorry for the late reply >.< I was busy with the pile of winter break hw due the next day xD.

January Sixth:

I apologize for my lack of journal-entryage. I had a good amount of homework to finish and I didn't really have time.

breakfast:
I had kix cereal with banana pieces cut in it.


Exercise: 45 minute bike ride to school [it was ******** cold today]

Lunch:
:[ forgot to pack one /bring money.


Exercise: bike ride home

Dinner: 2 pears, mac and cheese , little tea cup with welch's grape juice.

The calorie intake was pretty low today, (less than 1300 I think), so I'll endeavor to eat more tomorrow. I don't plan on eating anything else today because I'm relatively full at the moment. Going to hit the strength training like no other tonight :]
