RandallTheGreenGeek Zakua If your running a Blackwing themed deck why do you have synchros that dont really go with your deck? like goyo guardian he has no place in you deck because Blackwings act like Harpie Ladies they need to swarm the field because by themselves they are unable to do much, so if you a field of your opponent's monsters that will not do you any good. And the dragons serve no use for your deck maybe Blackfeather Dragon will help you by the other not so much, For other cards I say get some Fake Feather cards they work nicely and Delta Crow- Anti Reverse to give you an upper hand. 1. if you run tuners (which BWs run in spades) Goyo Guardian is staple. dont be ignorant. 2. the dragons serve no use? stardust dragon, red dragon archfiend, black rose dragon and all the others are STAPLES in this format if you run synchros. once again, dont be ignorant. 3. BWs can do loads by themselves when used with their MANY support cards. 4. fake feather is junk, though delta-crow is used in most BW decks for mass S/T removal 5. no one knows what blackfeather dragon does yet, so we cant say anything at this point. I gave my opinion you dont have to chew my head off

It seems that other than bullshit swarms and amazing playability, Blackings also spawned arguments about how to play them better than someone else.
I see blackings this way;
It takes skill to make a blackwing deck, but it takes no skill to win with one :l
Also the fact that so many of you bash Elphin makes me lol.
The only Blacking one should never run is fane.

Solaris Contrast It seems that other than bullshit swarms and amazing playability, Blackings also spawned arguments about how to play them better than someone else. I see blackings this way; It takes skill to make a blackwing deck, but it takes no skill to win with one :l
Also the fact that so many of you bash Elphin makes me lol.The only Blacking one should never run is fane. i love elphin. hes my fav blackwing. he actually won me a duel because of his effect (him and armed wing on the field)

I see an argument over 3rd Sirocco, when 3rd Sirocco should be mained or sided regardless.
Zano moved to main it. If Blackwings are the popularity, then that's the correct decision. Otherwise, the 3rd sits in the side, and you'll end up maining it anyway.

Well to be perfectly honest I hate blackwings to death but I have played a good few blacking decks and started to build one before I got flustered and traded the cards I think he should side the sirroco I mean it's not bad maining 3 but the fact of the matter is he could use his space for a more useful card like for example a snipe hunter to get rid of annoying cards on the field plus get blackwings in the grave for a synchro or he could always play a Doomsday Horror which works well with blackwings as he gains 400 atk and def for each dark ataribute monster in the grave and he only a level 4 but that's just me.....

You all let me know when a BW deck tops a SJC with a snipe hunter or 2 Sirocco or even an elphin (worst piece of crap ultra rare in that set, no matter how amazing his artwork is). I can't believe the ignorance of this site. I think I'll be leaving for good now.

There is no "argument", just a bunch of idiots who think you can somehow replace a 3rd sirocco in the deck with something better, like snipe, elphin, or doomsday horror :/ I'm going back to playing this deck competitively, let me know when the rest of the so called BW players here want to join me....

I know, last thing I'd play is a card that's either a 1 for 1 or a -1, possibly worse when there's so many better cards lol. Luck cards in general are just terrible for competitive play

ok first of all don't call me ignorant because you don't even know me second everyone has their own playing style and when you think snipe isn't a 'luck' card if you think about it logically the odds that you can't destroy the card you want are 2 in 6 which if you sum to the amounts of time you actually use the effect so it doubles if your playing a match and use him once in each duel using his effect (counting by 1 if you use him more you sum it) to become 4 out of 12 time the effect won't play out now those odds you turn into percentages and it gives you a 0.09% of the effect not serving it's intended purpose....and the other thing is that you could discard monsters for a syncro summon while destroying a possible threat now don't get me wrong yeah he's been crappy in this format but that doesn't mean he's not useful and gets the job done and yes I get your point on the 3rd sirroco, he's easy to summon plus a buffer beatstick and it's not bad but just for the easy syncro plus swarm I think snipe is a good deal plus sirroco can only work by beefing up monsters but he can't destroy spells and traps now the snipe can so the other blackwings stay safe and if there's a strong monster he takes him out too so the others can go in for the kill granting full field cleanup.....so seriously zano if you want to leave then by all means do your the only one being an ignorant ******** as for sexxigirl you're not wrong it has been terrible these past 2 formats but only because the other cards they're playing now seem to have better effects with less cost until they backfire I run a snipe hunter in my Dark Mayhem deck and trust me if you know what you want him for he works wonders.........

It's posted right here in the forum go check it out...it's undefeated and seems to be working just fine but they're not all around better because they backfire a lot when you think of it snipe doesn't really have a cost so much think of it more as advanced planing if you know what to do.......

You make me laugh, hardcore, lol. Alright, I'll humor you for a bit. For one, you sure can talk and accomplish nothing, also, these so called "percentages" of yours, make no sense, and at the least, it's still a gamble either way. The only way to really look at it is you have a 2/3 chance of destroying a card, which would be nice if a dice was that simple and you know...not weighted....There is a reason that 1 & 6 are the fail numbers sir. Next up. Why would you waste your valuable normal summon in a BW deck with a non BW? Do you really understand how important that is to get whirlwind going and keep the deck's tempo going? and if just for the fact that he discards regardless is your reasoning for using him, I think I'll stick to Brionac thank you. Clear the field, guaranteed rather than gamble at it and lose more cards than I need to. Also, WOW to your reasoning for not running sirocco in 3, lol. Like I said, no one has given me a good enough reason to not run 3 yet. I heard a 2000 body that doesn't require tributes is pretty hawt. Plus, he's a BW??? Holy **** that just opens up so much more. Additional summons, whirlwind searches, plus he has an effect? Oh dear god, why the **** would I run 3 of this, that's a terrible card *insert sarcasm* Please learn to think rationally before spewing filth. If you wonder why I'm so insistent on this deck being made right, it is because I play it competitively, and I don't like hearing bad suggestions. Call me stuck-up or w/e but I know what I'm talking about, and my suggestions for the deck will maximize it's results

call it what you will as I said before everyone has their own playing style and if you think that then fine I respect your opinion and gaming style but my opinion and my style I would run the snipe because of the syncro capabilities besides plenty of dw effect are good in the grave
