WEEK 3 DAY 1 - WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Breakfast: Wholegrain Weet-Bix with half a banana, strawberries, almonds, honey and soy milk.

Lunch: Boiled potato, fried; tomato and cucumber with dill; some cheese

Dinner: 2 spinach & ricotta rolls; cherry tomatoes

Snacks: Dry figs, half a banana, 1 slice of rye bread with philadelphia, Greek yogurt (Citrus Cheesecake, 96% fat free)

Drinks: Green tea, water


EXERCISE:

- Jogging 30 mins in 2 intervals


Challenge: Met.


COMMENTS: Smoke again. Messed up my exercise plans. I definitely do not want to be breathing that stuff in while cycling. x_x Oh well, I went jogging in the evening instead.

You can get masks that have air filters in them, they look silly but it might be good for you if you have that much of a problem with smoke.

Oh, it's not all the time. There wasn't any smoke this morning. It was a one-time thing -- lasted about two days, and was blown away by midday. There was a bushfire not too far from the city and the wind blew the smoke in our direction. I don't mind going outside in those conditions, I just think that exercising for two hours in that isn't very healthy. x_x But it's gone now.

WEEK 3 DAY 2 - THURSDAY 17 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Breakfast: Wholegrain Weet-Bix with strawberries, almonds, honey and soy milk.

Lunch: the boiled potato from a few days ago, fried (with little oil because we ran out x_x); tomato and cucumber with dill; some cheese

Dinner: A bit of fried potato with an egg cracked over the top, tomato, salami

Snacks: Dry figs, Raspberry Greek yogurt (approx 138 cal), 1 slice of rye bread with philadelphia

Drinks: Green tea, water


EXERCISE:

- ='C


Challenge: Met.


COMMENTS: I had a half-day at work because there isn't enough to do! All the clients are being lazy and taking holidays. Ugh, I want money! But newayz, considering doing some volunteer work to kill time and help little animals.

WEEK 3 DAY 3 - FRIDAY 18 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Breakfast: Wholegrain oats with strawberries, almonds and honey.

Lunch: 2 spinach & ricotta rolls, some cherry tomatoes, 1 slice of rye bread with philadelphia.

Dinner: Homemade soup; 1 slice rye bread with cheese

Dessert: icecream

Snacks: banana, plum, grapes, 3 pieces of rye crispbread dipped in Apple & Rhubab Greek yogurt, 2 pieces of rye crispbread with philadelphia., almonds.

Drinks: Green tea, water


EXERCISE:

- Cycling 1 hr 45 mins

WEEK 3 DAY 4 - SATURDAY 19 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Breakfast: Wholegrain Weet-Bix with strawberries, almonds, honey and soy milk.

Lunch: 1 boiled egg with mayo; tomato and cucumber with dill.

Dinner: 1 spinach & ricotta roll, cherry tomatoes, broccoli

Dessert: homemade pie

Snacks: Dry figs; carrot with homemade dip (includes Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill and chive)

Drinks: Green tea, water


EXERCISE: none


Challenge: Met.


COMMENTS: ... I gotta cut down on the figs.

WEEK 3 DAY 5 - SUNDAY 20 DECEMBER 2009


FOOD:

Dinner: Boiled salmon, boiled potato with dill, tomato and cucumber with chive, some cheese

Dessert: homemade pie

Snacks: Dry figs, banana

Drinks: Green tea, water


EXERCISE: Started a yoga session, then got lazy and quit. x_x


Challenge: Met, I think. Not sure.


COMMENTS: Okay, I screwed up. It started in Week 2, and I need to fix this. I'm afraid it's going to be another gain this week. I have two days to fix this -- and if it's a gain anyway, I'll fix it in Week 4 -- period.

Lunch: Vegetable salad (with bits of feta/ricotta/whatever it was); white rice

Dinner: Salmon; cheese; tomato, cucumber & broccoli with dill

Snacks: 3 pieces of rye crispbread & half a slice of rye bread with greek yogurt; half a slice of rye bread with philadelphia; almonds

Drinks: Green tea, water, Lipton ice tea (green, 142 cal)


EXERCISE:

- Jogging 15 mins

Height: 5"7
Starting weight: 136 lbs / 61.6 kg
Ending weight: 134 lbs / 61 kg
Loss: 2 lbs / 0.6 kg


Timed exercise totals:

Cycling: 3 hrs 30 mins
Jogging: 45 mins


Challenge for Week 3: Uh... can't think of one.

COMMENTS: Okee, how did that happen? I was stuffing my face the whole week, lol. =D

COMMENTS: Uuugh, sore throat. I've had it for a few days but now I'm starting to feel like crap, too. Not too sick yet, but I hope it doesn't get worse. x_x

Lunch: Strawberries with greek yogurt; 1 slice of rye bread with philadelphia.

Dinner: Some strange vegetable, fried; 2 slices of homemade pizza (with no added crap)

Dessert: reduced fat icecream; 1 small cake type thing (really tiny, about 3 bites)

Snacks: grapes, plum

Drinks: green tea, water


EXERCISE:

- Cycling 1 hr 50 mins


COMMENTS: That was a really good pizza...

WEEK 4 DAY 3 - FRIDAY 25 DECEMBER 2009

Uhm... I dunno. I ate a lot. I didn't even bother to write it all down. There was the usual good breakfast, and then there were like 4 slices of homemade pizza, 3 pieces of homemade pie (they're small squares though), some icecream, cake, 4 pieces of tablerone... yeaaah. Erm, Christmas?

Let's not do that again, Mariya.

COMMENTS: I can't find the pump thing for the tyres on my bicycle. x_x Thus if I'm gonna do cardio, it's gonna be jogging until I find it. I'm pretty sure the garage ate it in all its messy glory.
