This may sound rude but I think your art could benefit from you not masking them in filters and such. I used to do this all the time because I'd have an idea and not enough drive or skill to finish it then I'd just filter it up hehe

I'd say practice a bit more and focus on completing a drawing in a way where it doesn't feel saturated with outside stuff
