it's alright but you're making it look too crowded and a little bit of anatomy problem there but you'll get the hang of it just keep practicing...

I think it is pretty good and it could use a little work on the shape of the faces. But over all I think it's pretty good.

You need some practice before you can come near being able to draw with the quality for an anime. I've been drawing for about five years now and I'm still not good enough myself. Just keep practicing, with hard work and good effort you'll get there.

Uhh.. as in a show on television? o__o If it's just a graphic novel it's called manga.
Critique. Yes i'm going to be blunt so don't read on if you don't want your ego or whatever shattered. u__u;; If you decide to read on then good for you. I hope you can get some tips and such out of it and improve since nobody is born being the best at things that require time, patience, and practice. ^^
Anyways.... your drawing skills need some improvement... proportions need some work. Also there's the thing of how long the characters arms are and their legs look rather... short and they lack muscle. There's also a slight lack of folds on some of the clothing and the shoulders look wonky. As for the character's heads.. some of them seem to have rather large heads on top along with extremely large foreheads. You need some work on your side view. You also need work on the hands. For some of the assessories you might need to work on them because they lack shape. The character ear to head ratio is also rather weird. The ears look too small for the head. The characters also seem to lack a hip and butt. You are rather inconsistant with drawing the lower half of the body.
Suggestion: When drawing use something to help you figure out the proportions and the human figure like a stick or bubble figure. In short plan out the thing first. (If you are then you need improvement on it. )
Tip: When drawing on paper hold it up so it's in the light and look at it via the back. You'll be able to find the parts that look funny easier.
