Lita- I'm not sure where to put him either; your quest is decked out in...a lot of pins. He's not really based off a specific part of TWEWY, so yeaah. His concept really sounds cluttered to me though. (too many pins make me confused as to what you're trying to get!) Perhaps what you're trying to refer to is that it's based off the Reaper's Game itself? Judging by the timer you've put on his concept.

Cutie Beam's psych is force rounds (kinda like glowing bullets!) From what I've seen, its attack is like a blue bubble which bursts into water upon contact with noise.

Adamantite has no psych as a pin, it's an item to trade in for other stuff at the shops XD

I was wondering if questing for the Tin Pin Ifrit and Bahamut is allowed, considering there's the original Ifrit and Bahamut cosplays already out there? Would the pins be considered as another form of the original cosplays or as completely different? o3o;~ Yeah, no clue here 8D;
