I used to love Naruto. I loved the Akatsuki especially. I still love all the jokes I can play off them... They'd probably kill me if they saw my dA account... ^.^

That being said, it seems as though Kishimoto is spewing whatever garbage comes out of his mind now... It's as though after Sasuke left, he stopped planning details ahead. It's pretty common if you write: You know what you want to do with a story, and you have the main events down, but you fail to plan out the transitions and details in between, so the entire thing fails miserably.

Sasuke godmods way too much... If he was in an rp of mine, I'd kick him out. I mean, seriously... Zetsu gave him an extra life??? I half expected the next page to say he'd been saved by King Mickey (Kingdom Hearts, anyone?? <3).

And then there are all the fanfics, with the impossible pairings and sexual situations so raunchy they even make me blush.

Suffice it to say that other than the mild interest in the plot that I still somehow retain, I have given up on Naruto as a bad job.

And @ Raixa: It's a joke... Sasuke seems to have become the focal point of the story. It's because of his emo hair and pathetically ill-planned revenge...

I love Naruto and I got hooked when my brother and I watched a new year's marathon... The manga's better than the anime, and Gaara is my favorite character! I rant...

Itachi's death and the truth about him.

But I want to keep on watching the anime and reading the manga because I like Naruto so much. And I'm also wanting to see what will happen to Itachi's most treasured person, Sasuke. Will he live until the end? I hope so or else Itachi's efforts will be in vain.

Naruto is a chilish show that makes me ashamed to be an otaku. But I do love the art style - well, the eyes at least.
I will say this though, I have read a Naruto FF that I liked very much. It's called Broken by ForeverSam. I suggest reading it. <3
And I HATE Sasuke. He's a stupid little angsty emo kid, just like Ikuto! D< I also hate Hinata, miss fingers...oh that can be SO sexual.
