Kiki giggled at the astonished face that painted the boy's features, an expression that usually came up after every single one of her dances.

"I'm glad you liked it," she stated, not needing to hear him say "good job". She looked down at her dress and flattened it out with her hands before looking back at the moon and then at Caelan. "But do you want to go meet her?" she continued with her previous inquiry, actually convincing herself for an other go at traveling to the temple. It would be something that would pass the time of course, but she was actually more interested in getting to know Caelan, for his situation and beauty intrigued her to where she was itching just to get to know him a tad bit more. .

Caelan didn't register what she had said at first, then snapped out of his trance. He pushed his jaw back up to his head, then shook it. He looked back at Kiki, still in a bit of a daze.
"Y-yeah... sure. Uh... when do we go?"
To be honest, Caelan's feet hurt, and he didn't want to go anywhere right now. He had been walking for a long time now. And he was hungry. And poor. But no use telling her that, he'd figure something out on his own.

((just as a note, the moon will be like the sun, and when it's not in the sky, that means it's night time))

"Great!" she exclaimed as she clapped her hands together to make a wooden clink sound. "If that's the case then we can sleep tonight and tomorrow morning, gather supplies in the afternoon, and leave by this time tomorrow," she planned in her head as she stood up from the bed and went to her bag to get her nightgown.

"Soon the moon will disappear from the sky, and when that happens, we should sleep, it will help our schedule out for tomorrow," she mentioned as she stepped behind the changing screen in the corner of the room and took off her dress. As she slid the short silk nightgown over her head, she stared out of the window to view the moon slowly dissipating from the sky, signaling a type of "sunset" for their world. After tying her hair into a side loose braid, she stepped out from behind the screen with her dress in hand and a tired yawn stretching her features.

Caelan was slowly nodding, still in awe. He watched her as she went off, then looked away as she went to change. He was taking off his boots when he noticed it. They were in one room. With one bed. How would this work? Caelan was scratching his head, looking down on the bed when Kiki came back from changing. Caelan barely took notice, now perplexed. He shrugged. Oh well, he could just sleep on the floor...

While Kirei placed her dress inside her bag, she felt her joints growing stiff as the moon slowly faded from the indigo sky. It's almost time, she sighed as she went to go stand over in a corner with her face towards the bed.

"Well, I guess this is goodnight," she stated with a smile, the wood popping in her legs as it grew harder by the moment (that sounds really wrong btw ><). "I'll wake you up when it's time to go, alright?" she assured with a smile, her legs collapsing beneath her with immobility and her torso becoming still. Kirei flashed him one last wave before all sign of life drained from her face, leaving a permanent wood carved smile with blank eyes in its place.

A still lifeless puppet now sat in the corner, it's legs and arms bent this way and that with the head leaned up against the wall. This was the sleep that Kirei fell into every night, and every morning, she would wake up again, straightening herself out and becoming the nimble and cheerful little papetto that she was.

Caelan blinked repeatedly at Kirei's transformation. Ah, so she really was made of wood. Caelan walked to her after her transformation finished, eyebrow cocked. That was... odd. Caelan poked her once or twice, to see if she really had changed.
Idiot, of course she changed, just look at her!
Caelan shook his head and went to the bed. He sat on it briefly, before striding to the window. He watched the very last sliver of moon disappear over the horizon, and then sighed. No more moon until tomorrow. Great. Caelan went back to his bed, lying down. He quickly drifted to sleep, dreaming of the woman from the moon.

Moonlight shined in their hotel room as the morning dawned a new day. Instantly, as the moonlight shined on Kirei's wooden appendages, the pale color of flesh returned to her figure and a slight tinge of pink painted her cheeks. She yawned with a tiny moan while she stretched her arms up over her head and she stood on her tall legs, doing morning stretches shortly after.

"Hello Luna," she greeted as she stared up at the moon for a moment before getting ready for the long day of traveling. She unraveled her braided hair, leaving brunette cascades falling down her back, and seeing that Caelan was still asleep, she slipped off her nightgown, leaving her bare "fake" parts for the world to see.

She hummed joyfully as she combed her fingers through her bag, searching for her dress and brush, and when in her possession, she spun around on her toes and skipped to the bathroom to take a warm bath to sooth her joints.

Caelan stirred, not wanting to get up. He decided to lay motionless. He wanted sleep. He heard movement, and Caelan looked up, seeing just how real Kiki looked underneath her clothes. Caelan dropped his head back onto the pillow, closing his eyes. That image would be burned into his mind for the rest of his life. Not that it was a bad thing. He'd just remember it forever. Caelan heard Kiki go off into the bathroom, then sat up. Wow, her master definitely made her... anatomically correct. Kind of awkward, really... Caelan rubbed his eyes, then went to the window, gazing at the moon.
"So... you're a goddess, huh? I wonder what you're like..."

"Of course I'm a goddess," the moon raged. "What the hell do you ******** think, you insignificant little human?!" scream

Kirei hummed a joyful tune as she scrubbed herself clean to where she nearly sparkled in the shower light. Where should we go first? she mused as she ran through a list of shops that they needed to go to in her head. She finished washing herself before drying herself quickly and slipping on her dress, leaving her hair wet to air dry.

"Wakey wakey Caelan!" she exclaimed as she spun out of the bathroom and hopped on top of him on the bed with a giggle. "We have so much things to do, so get up quick!" She failed to remember that he was still recovering from his wounds, but when it came to mind, she quickly got off and started cooing over him, tearing off the blanket and checking to see if any of the cuts reopened.
