I will post as much as I can just school is kind of anoying me right now. And also I agree with Hinameki. We should only boot the really inactive people.

I think Hinameki's right about booting the people who's been here for a long time, but I'm still concerned about them. I still think we should have friendly (not spamming) pm's just to see if they are still interested, and if not, we boot them.

We don't really need to boot them. We can put at the end of the PM, "If you are no longer interested in the guild then I'd advise on quitting it. To save you from getting other unwanted PM from us in the future."
So then people who really don't wanna be in the guild leave on their own. This saves chasing anyone.
But trying to keep track of people who haven't posted in over a year may be a pain.
