You could always just gather up friends and go find some place to just sit around and act stupid. Walk to an icecream/pizza place and buy 2 boxes of pizza. Maybe some Icecream...just wander

I really can't do that with the friends around where I live. It seems I can only feel comfortable doing that with friends from out of the city.

Can't really as we only see each other on weekends and those weekends are in some random pattern. I mean, we can see each other every weekend for 3 week and then not see each other for a few months.

It's not that. I like my friends who live near me but, I really can talk to them at school and not outside of it. Maybe it's because I'm not a socialite in my city but I can be one outside of it.
