I'm conversationaly fluent in cantonese (I only know basicly reading and writing.. and i don't get the whole old chinese proverb stuff)
and if manderine is spoken to me really slow i have a pretty good idea of whats being said to me..
I don't watch enough anime to pick up the language though.. lol

i can speak tagalog (filipino) mandarin and hokkien (another dialect of chinese thats similar and pretty much almost the same to taiwanese so i guess i can speak taiwanese too) xd

and fyi filipino people out there in the philippines, hokkien is what the chinese people in the philippines mostly speak, not mandarin biggrin

so shobe and shoti are hokkien not mandarin

Let's see...I can't speak some but i would mostly say 2
I can't speak really good in Cambodian because I am in Canada.But i can speak half cambodian and full english with little bit french.
