I like The Enterprise from both the old series and the new movie overall, but if I had to choose between the interior design, I'd say the one from the movie because it's more future-ish looking, and everything looks high-tech.
I also like the overall designs for The Enterprise from TNG.

With the alternate time-line of the new movie changing almost everything, who knows how different things will be. The ships we all know and love might not even exist! AAAAAHHH!!!

I've always liked TNG Enterprise best.
From the new movie I thought both the Narada and the Jellyfish were awesome. And the shiny interior of Enterprise not only showed how the encounter with the Narada's advanced technology changed how they built ships, but also did a good job of visibly saying "this is a brand new Trek."

With the alternate time-line of the new movie changing almost everything, who knows how different things will be. The ships we all know and love might not even exist! AAAAAHHH!!!

Eh, it's a tangent universe now. They changed how Time Travel works in Star Trek.

But then again, they changed how Warp Speed works several times, so whatever.....




Anyway, I'm going to have to go with Galaxy Class Starships followed by Excelsior Class Starships.

Recently, I've gotten a bit of a soft spot for the Intrepid class Starships... Just because Voyager has been out powered and outgunned so often but the ship managed to hold up regardless.... It really is a tough little ship.
