Good luck! Are there things that you can do at home or in the gym without straining your foot?

Not much at all sad I could work on just ab workouts then I won't have strain on my feet.
My campus is a giant mountain so it doesn't help going up hill to class all the time. sad

Comments: Soo my school had this Iceless Ice Skating rink set up for the day It was fun but I will pay for it later when I am in pain Tip of the Day Push in two fruits or vegetables with every meal you eat. This will fill your stomach and help you cut down on the calories you would take in from the other foods.
