Lakeside Memories

Seira looked at him with strained eyes and drank the water he gave her. It helped her replace the water she used earlier and her hand went back to its solid form, "I'm fine, just a little dehydrated."

Damien was supsicious, but he shrugged his shoulders, "Sure. But don't try to pass out." He got into his seat and started to take note for the class.

Seira just went back to her work, she would have to be more careful. She could feel that he was already suspicious of her. She continued to focus on the class until the break finally came.

Damien continued to watch her out of the corner of his eye. What was it about her that made him question everything she said. Her skin was really pale and she didn't look very healthy at all.
"What are you trying to hide," he whispered to himself.

As soon as it was time for break, Seira was the first out of there. She went around the corner and hid behind some lockers slumping to the ground holding her head. She really had to be careful of her use of powers in this place. If she used too much, her would turn into her water form. She knew electricity was no problem, except for static electricity. She had to get out of there, it was too much and she didn't have a lot of control. She would return when she did. She got up and ran into the girls washroom, on the outside of the door was a water shoe print.

Damien followed her and watched her stranged behavior. He watched her go into the washroom and he went over and knocked on the door, "Hey Seira. You okay?"

Seira looked at the door, "Go away! Leave me alone Damien," her arm was already turning into pure water and it moved its way through her body until half of her body was then water.

Damien was worried hearing her voice. He opened the door and stared as he watched parts of her body turn into cyrstal clear water. "Seira? What's going on?"

Seira had seen him come into the bathroom, "You idiot!" her whole body became water and she launched herself into the sink and up the faucet leaving a puddle of water where she once stood.

Damien stared at she disappeared in front of his eyes. He slumped against the door of the bathroom wide mouth, until he got out. "WHat just happened? Am I sick or something...No...I know what I saw." His mind was shifting through all this information, "She's...an elemental."

Seira ended up back at the lake cursing herself over and over again, "That stupid human! I need to vent some power..." she raised her hand and a rainstorm was building above

After school Damien ran outside as the rainstorm started. He held his arms above his head as he ran to the park. He looked at the lake and he could almost feel a presence in it. It had to be Seira.

Seira sensed someone looking into the lake, "Not him...doesn't he know when to give up?" she blew a water bubble launched up and captured Damien in the bubble. She rose to the surface in a water form standing on the waters surface, "Leave me alone."

Any other person in this situation might have been scared, but Damien only smiled softly at her, "Seira...why are you upset?"

Seira let him go out of he bubble, "Why do you keep following me? I'm upset that I can't hold a human form for a long time, and you make it worse. I was so focused on making sure you didn't find out the truth that my concentration was split. You should have just left me alone..."
