From looking at Gousei's form, I'd say her price would be maybe 500k (that's only if you can get a slot during the custom sale though, if not it'd be 550k). However I'm not sure if her colours would fall under difficult colouring, I don't think it would be then I'm no expert. If she is considered difficult colouring then it'd be an extra 50k (so then 550k with the sale+600k with no sale). I'd double check with a colourist though, should you ever be on when one is around and if they have the time to take a peek at your form but every colourist prices things differently so the price will most likely vary.
