Whoa, it's been a while. I don't know what happened, I just got less motivated to write everything down.
Here we go again:

1.5 hours yoga
100 knee push-ups

Breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast (like chocolate milk)
Lunch: large glass water, diet lipton green tea, bag of stacy's pita chips parmesan and something, two pieces of leftover vegetable pizza, 100 calorie pack hostess cupcakes
Dinner: large spinach/lettuce salad with fat free strawberry vinaigrette, large glass of water, small portion of whole wheat pasta with red sauce, two pieces of garlic bread, one slice of angel food cake with strawberries and low fat whipped cream
