What job does your parent want you to do?

My parents don't say I should do anything. I've always wanted to be in the medical field and they're confident I can get there and be successful, so they don't talk about that stuff.

Well like most Asian parents, they want me to pursue a career somewhere in the medical field. It's my mom's fantasy to have a whole family of doctors. (She wants us to follow my dad's footsteps) The pressure is already on now that my sister is going to medical school and the other one is going to pharmacy school. I still remain uncertain though.

my bro wants to be a surgeon and my sister wants to be a nurse. and i kinda wanna be in the medical field but my mom wants me to be a flight attendant. but i cant really picture myself in that position?? so i dunno yet... but my mom said im not gonna be a flight attendant forever. but i still dont want to do it. maybe some job in the airport that pays well. smile

Yeah we can all pretty much agree on what career type our parents want for us. XD My parents, mum mainly, wants me to become a doctor or nurse but I'm extremely squeamish and rather dislike hospitals so. When I told her I wanted to be an artist, she said I'd be poor. o.o ... TT__TT

That was exactly what my parent say to me when I took animation course....years ago.

Without support, I failed to qualify.

But the truth was....they are WRONG~~

my parents want me to become a doctor,I said i wanna be a Pharmacist and they were fine with it razz ,all you have to do is sit in the back of a store and help people with Medicines,yet you make as much money as Doctors biggrin and alot of other stuff but idk xD
