1/2 grilled chicken sandwich, potato

Dinner:
toast slim fast


I'm feeling a little better, a little shakey, I took more pills, not the best idea when you are depressed... I just get depressed sometimes for no reason, I can't help it, I hate it.

Oh, no sad , I missed a day, yesterday I was really messed up though. I was bad yesterday. I ate my usual hamburger, potato and what not, but later on, I also had two sandwiches, I know I had cereal and a slimfast. Gah, I barely even remember yesterday... I feel bad now.

Breakfast:
Hamburger, half potato, half a milkshake (I know, bad, I was really hot, but at least I stopped when I felt full). Oh, when I have my hamburgers, I only eat one piece of the bun, the bottom, that way, less carbs.

Lunch:
1/3 milkshake, hamburger with bacon, 1/3 potato

Dinner:
I think I had enough today, I was bad.

Today, I was happy, a little messed up in the head (either from being so tired or from yesterday). I was mostly tired though.

Since I have been so bad for the past two days, I decided to not eat so much today. All though, I slept till 9:30 pm... I went to sleep about 7:00 am. Just about 14 hours, I was tired.

Breakfast:
I ate two bologna and cheese sandwiches

Lunch:


Dinner: Cereal

Hamburger

I had to cut my hair today sad , That made me cry. I thought I was going to have to shave my head. I have really curly, thick hair, and if I get a knot and don't get it out soon enough, there is no way in getting it out. I had to cut 6 inches off! That bummed me out. My hair still looks good though, I'm happy now that I got the knot out.

My knot was like one big dred, extremely tight, I already tried conditioner, it didn't work. It was like entwined and tightened into this one big knot. It's weird, kind of like weaved together all on it's own.

Chips and a hotdog

I hung out with my friend most of the day. I went on a bike ride, then we went bowling for three hours, my arms were tired. My right arm swelled.

I seriously thought I would have gained weight this week, I'm glad I didn't. But I didn't lose any either...Nothing is better than gaining I suppose.

Dinner:
We went to sonny's bbq. I got an all you can eat plate of pork and chicken with French Fries and (I was going to get corn on the cob, but there were none left) mac and cheese. I only ate one plate of meat and the French Fries, I only got the meal because it's cheaper than anything else, I wasn't bad though biggrin .

We went fishing for about 4 hours, I did a bit of walking, plus I was out in the sun which is really different for me. All I wanted to do was sleep in lol (I'm not used to being up and out in the day light.)
