Its my first try at one, and its not pretty like yours.

It looks great!! ^^ Most of my bentos look like that because I don't have much time. (I just post the ones I spend a long time on.) I'm so glad/surprised that someone else has been impacted by this! >.<

Cupcake holders are my FAVORITE things. I wait for after holidays and I buy them on sale =P (I have a big stock of Valentine's Day ones because I LOVE hearts.) Oh, and if you're looking to be creative and practical toothpicks can be fun. You can skewer lot of things like grapes and beans and sandwiches so that they don't move around. (Sometimes my fruits roll around and make my bread soggy :c )

My carrots and grapes were kinda crampped, so they didnt slide around =D
And, the cupcake holders held the water in (surprisingly), so it didnt effect my bread.

Thanks for the wonderful idea! I will share with you if I decide to do another one.

Awesome!

So I'm down in New Jersey on a vacation and I found this awesome store. It's called Five Below, or something like that, and it's basically like a dollar store, only everything is under $5 instead of $1. I bought 3 $1 snack containers shaped like candy. There's a dots one, a tootsie roll one, and a lollipop one. I'll share pictures later. They're going to be perfect for little snack bentos! >.<

Do you refrigerate your lunches and do room temperature scrabbled eggs taste good?
