Goal from Previous Week
Stop drinking fruit juice and eat fruit instead

I sort of did this. I did cut out the juice quite a bit but I did not eat any more fruit gonk i just find it hard to

Goal for Coming Week
Skip the snacks, have 3 properly sized meals a day
