what I would like to know is how we move up in the ranks of this team? question

exclaim i and the other teams have been discussing the problem. You see, we did this all on a whim, so we're just going with the flow of things. We're leaning towards either some sort of mega contest, a popularity contest within the team page, or the team leader just picking the most active and responsigle member to be their second and letting everyone else just fight for the other titles. Do you guys have any suggestions?

i agree, we do need more people on at the same time. i think the first way to do this is to get more people in the guild, and hopefully into the team. we were considering having a new member contest again. maybe that'll help.

you guys need to vote for a banner!! if you don't, i will be forced to pick one myself, and i like this to be at least a little like a democracy.

in recent news, i've decided to start promoting the most active members of this team to the next step in the caste system!! woohoo!! if you have been taking part in discussions, games, contests, or other rev-o-lou-she-un activities you might be sent a pm asking you if you'd like to be promoted.

i will also start looking for a lieutenant, so if you'd like to try out just pm me and i will consider you. just so that you know though, just asking isn't enough, you actually have to be active! maybe we could find a way to have you on the ,main page under our team. i don't know, i'd have to discuss it with the other teams....
