This is just my opinion and Please Delete if you don't like Opinions;;
I honestly don't think Christianity Should be The Main Plot or Idea of Any Anime. Some Anime's prefer to "Godlike" Characters Depending on their aspects,actions,knowledge,and Sometime's Dialogue. If I picked up a biblical manga I would honestly burn it. Not alot of people want to hear about something they most likely have already read or have been told about,and or don't believe in. That and it wouldn't sell alot.I myself,am Athiest. I definetly wouldn't want to read or even acknowledge it.
No one wants to be told that this happened,he died for you,jesus loves you,evolution was really us just appearing here as we are now,none of that stupid b.s.
It's boring,and VERY unappealing.
It would be a Cartoon and Comic. Not Anime Or Manga.

No one will hold a gun to you head and tell you to read it. Its called freedom of choice. Theres alot of crap anime/manga that I dont like, so what do I do? I dont pick it up. Its really not that complicated.

I guess I just dont understand how its totally okay for manga and anime to have pornographic and satanic elements in it and its totally okay. But if some one wants to make an anime/manga with a christian basis its not okay? A bit of a double standard dont you think?

I think Ophelianime should totally go for it. And I would definately pick it up 3nodding

I absolutely love the idea of a realistic and intelligent christian anime! I have read a bit of Serenity and while I can see what the opinions are I think they tried to make her human. [As in she rebelled for a reason, not just cause she hated everyone and was evil. She wasn't evil.]

Has anyone seen the ArchAngel comics? Those were pretty cool too.

I'd love to see a sort of real life story about real life people trying to live their life as christians and what they face rather than something that's going to be really preachy.

I've been off and on flirting with a story that would be a supernatural christian thriller type theme. And without telling you MY story, let me ask you this question: What do you think would happen.. if we saw the supernatural as we do the natural? Maybe there is something you can kind of spring from storywise, maybe not.

But I'll be praying that your goal is met according to God's will.
