In my old necron army i got bored of painting them all metalic and normal so one group of warriors has blue and white faces with greenstuff made kilts of brave heart inspiration...
as much as it strangely suited them i still cudnt pitcure them running into battle crying "Freedom!!!"...

The starngest army i've seen is the blue and orange nids in the white dwarf awhile back. not overly strange in itself, but i've never liked bright coloured nids. aklo i have multi-hued, horned fantasy skinks with daggers made of nid claws for my chaos lesser demons.
