Air, Fushigi Yuugi, Full Moon wo Sagashite... I guess that's it so far. And I don't mind crying over animes and mangas. ^^

I've never actually cried over an anime, but I've gotten pretty close a few times. The two that immediately come to mind are the endings of Grave of the Fireflies and Stellvia, although the latter would have been out of happiness.

I just know I'm going to start bawling some time when I decide to re-watch episode 25 of Fullmetal Alchemist, though. A second viewing did nothing there.

hmm, there are many animes I can think of that made me cry.
Most of them were because of how they ended, such as Cowboy Bebop and Elfen Lied.
Also episodes where they kill off characters, example: L from Death Note.
Not sure how many times I've cried over anime, but I know it's a lot.

Furuba, i can't remember when, it was such an emotional anime (i think atleast.) Loveless, the last episode, although it wasn't that sad, and the ending was crappy.
And i think somewhere in Naruto too, although i really can't remember.

I can't think of any others, but I know I've cried over a lot. I've just seen way too many to remember them all.

I really want to read the manga to know how everything ends since the show isn't all inclusive, but all of the free online manga readers I found have it really weirdly translated and it's practically engrish....

Haven't actually cried, but I did get a little emotional over the second-to-last episode of Trinity Blood, but I might have been PMSing.

Also, I was sad in Berserk after the Eclipse and how horrible it was for Guts to see Caska like that.
