._. A friend had me try a taste of some yougurt that had sugar in it yesterday. I'm being easy on myself about that one. Today is day 3 of my no-sugar diet. I'm holding up well!

I had waffles for breakfast and a vegetable pot pie for lunch. I nibbled here and there on some raisin bran, but it was organic, so no processed sugars there.

Wow, it's Day 4 already. Crap, this is going to be a hard one. It's someone's last day at work and I had to buy her a farewell cake. ._.

So far so good. I've realized that when I start to crave sugars, drinking like 4 oz. of orange juice does the trick!
