Friday 31st ::
Work Out -- 400 cals (45 mins on the eliptical machine)

over a mile and a half of walking ( oh my poor feet, I don't recomend doing that in high heels)

Food -- Brkfst = go-tart (140 cals)
lunch = wrap and fries (about 450 to 500 cals)
dinner = soup
snack = teddy grahams (140) apple

don't know how many cals for the soup but it was soooo worth it. big chunks of carrots and potatos and tomatos. YUMMY~! lol

Work Out -- none

Food -- No Brky
Lunch = cup noodle (300), oreo (160), caprisun (?)
Dinner = junk food sweatdrop

I really need to work on the waking up. For the past couple of days I keep waking up at about noon, 12:30.

Work Out --

Food -- No brky ( woke up late again go figure)
Lunch = an apple and a pack of teddy grahams (150 cals)
dinner = mega unhealthy sandwich consisting of only two slices of white bread and salt and vinegar chips.

didn't eat at all on sunday. My friend moved up to town and I was helping her paint all day.

Work Out -- more painting

Food -- No brky
Lunch = some ramen.
Dinner = (too much) cup of chili, two onion rings, half a patty melt thingy. and half a milk shake. sweatdrop oh god is she the devil for taking me there.

Tuesday 4th ::
Work Out -- 210 cals of ddr (20 mins), light walking

Food -- No brky
lunch =egg roll, tuna salad sandwich, cheerios
dinner = sweet potatos (150 or less), fried zuccinni (200 or less) bread roll (90), and small tiny cup of salad.

re-adjusting from the weekend. sweatdrop

So I'm back, miss me?

Bought an eel... gah i'm broke...

Wednesday 12th

Work Out -- 200 and a bit on the eliptical machine
Weight lifting

Food -- BRKFST = taquito thing (about 250-300cals)
Lunch = peninni, squash and zucini with tomato and rosemary sauce, dirty rice
Dinner = slice of ...err some kind of meat.... baked beens of goodness, rice. Slice of cake *slaps hand* soooo good


So no weight loss, but I kept at the same weight so that's good. I've begun to lift weights and i think that's a little of the reason why. I know with my mom when she started to do weights for about a month she maintained, and then all of a sudden she just started to shed the pounds. Hope it's the same for me.

Work Out -- cleaning


Food -- brkfst = scrambled eggs, slice of toast
lunch = ramen
dinner = shake (from steak and shake, so not healthy i know) and 3 crepes w/ sugar and lemon

Work out -- moving stuff

Food -- Brkfst = 1 crepe with lemon
lunch - japanese food. no clue how many cals
dinner = um i can't remember if i ate anything...err i don't think i did.. maybe a crepe or two, and three peanutbutter cookies

Saturday 15th

Work out --

Food -- Brkfst = 1 cookie
lunch = packet of ramen
dinner = bad, bad bad..... asian take out



I'm trying to keep up with this, but my workout has to take a back seat. I'm currently concerned with a close friend of mine. He had a tumor in his mouth and has now spread from there to his throat and nose.

Sunday 16th

Workout -- about an hour or less on ddr


Food -- Lunch = 2 errr... they're like rangoons but they had beef in them, minus cheese, a bite of stale rice, two cookies.


Woke up late, and we're waiting for the cable guy. I have to someone how dye my hair and hope that my future boss is in today b/c there's no other day I can talk to him this week since i'm going back down to my city (6hrs away) to see said friend in previous entry.

Monday 17th

Workout -- 200 ish on the eliptical machine, and some weight lifting. OMG I FEEL MUSCLE AND SO DID MY ROOMMATE!!!

Food -- BRKFST = scrambled egg and 5 little sausages (about 300-350 altogether)
lunch -- spagetti and black beens
dinner -- salad with lots of olives and a slice of carrot cake b/c i deserved it.


Woot! I'm actually awake for breakfast~! rofl
