Although I were to pick, it would be Snorlax. He's a beast.

Mew CAN'T learn every move.

show me a Mew that can learn Spore or Close Combat. oh wait, you can't.

By "move" they meant "TM/HM".

I say any Pokemon can be the strongest when trained right! But some have more advantages, like mew and spiritomb. Blissey has extremely high hp.... PIKACHU! ^_^

kygore is the best. it can lear thunder moves and its sheer cold can take down any pokemon in 1 hit

My weird opinion is that Swellows are the strongest. I personally don't think any legendaries are really "strong", they get to act tough because they have high stats and you catch them at high levels, but really, Pokemon that you've raised from level 3 just seem a lot stronger because you know them better.

i also think that legendaries Arent that strong to because you catch them at high levels but if u get like a mew on level 13 buy using a game shark then that would be differnt i dont uses games shark though >.< ^^

Well in game, I would have to say that the strongest one that you can get legitimately is Giratina. He is a TANK!
