She arches an eyebrow at him, then glances over at dame and Flame. Grabbing him by the arm, she leads him to a table away from the main bar.
"All right, tell me. What did your idiot client have to say? Want me to go break their leg or something for you? Free of charge I might add." She hoped an attempt at humor might get him talking about what was bothering him.

-returning her devious smile with a wicked grin of his own, he pulls her close and leans down, capturing her lips in a kiss, tasting the coolness of the icecream and sweetness of the cake she'd devoured. After sampling for a bit, he releases her and licks his own lips-

-dame flushes when he "samples" what she had be previously eating, she returns his kiss and does some "sampling" of her own- twisted I'm glad you liked it. wink
The party was okay. I didn't stay too long, just long enough to get some cake and icecream, see some people, and do a little break dancing. -she does a more reigned in version of The Robot while in his arms- Their place is pretty damn nice! Much bigger and more elaborate than I was thinking it was gonna be.

Dec followed silently and sat down. He drank a long gulp. "No don't go break her arm. She's paying my bill even though she cancelled on me. And she is contracting another appointment later." He shook his head.
"It's stupid really. I'm just glad I was at least mostly ready for it so I didn't get angry in her face. Its just I'm tired of hearing it, you know." Looking at her confused face he added, "She insinuated that I was a whore, basically."

Sitting there while he gets what he needs to say off his chest, she leans over and pats his hand.
"Hang on, I'll grab you something." She gets up and goes to the bar, seeing dame and Flame all wrapped up with each other to notice. She grabs Dec another beer and opens it, and as an afterthought, grabs her favorite vodka from the freezer and a couple of shot glasses. Returning to the table she sets the beer down in front of him, and then proceeds to pour them both a shot.
"Here you go, have a shot of this. It's my favorite vodka...a "true" vodka, you might say....made from potatoes, and very, very smooth."

Dec gulped down some beer before picking up the shot. He tossed it back and coughed just a little. "That nice. Very nice." He'd calmed down a little after his little rant. He poured a second shot and sipped at it. Dec glanced up at dame and Flame and actually found a true smile breaking his lips. "They look good together don't they?"

-he jumps slightly at his phone buzzing. Chuckling at himself, he drops his arms from dame and pulls it out, reading the text. Brow furrowed, he shoots one back and looks at dame apologetically-

She downs her shot, loving the burn of the alcohol as it slides down her throat, and pour herself another. Sipping it, she looks at Dec, secretly admiring his chest since he stripped off his shirt.

He smiled sadly at dame and Flame holding hands. "I love dame very much, but I screwed that up and there is no going back. What kind of love would it be if I wanted dame to stay miserable or unloved just because I made a foolish mistake? I'm no saint. I can't say it doesn't hurt, but I want her to be happy." He shook his head and threw back the rest of the shot "So yeah, I'm ok with them."
He bent down, unlaced his boots, and slipped his feet out of them. The ends of the red tattoos the swirled down his legs peeked out of his pants hem, "Sorry, but I get hot with too much alcohol." He winked at her, still clear eyed. "And since I'm not going to strip out of my pants in the middle of the bar, my boots will have to do." He wiped a hand across his abs, soothing the pale tan skin that was begining to get a little flushed.
