You should have told him more before you left. He did not even know if you were planning to come back or not! I cannot tell you what else he is because I do not remember the word for it in this language. *hisses in frustration* He would not understand because he does not remember his childhood. His mother's family took his memory from him, expecting me to tell him everything, then they abandoned us! I do not remember everything I am supposed to! *voice breaks and he continues much quieter* I need another, but the only other guardian animals I have been able to find are babies. I cannot leave Karrie to go find out what I am supposed to do, but Gwee and Thistle are too young.

{for some reason, Gaia is giving me and my main the hardest time to navigate anywhere on here. It actually took me fifteen minutes to finally be able to get to the reply section, and I had to log off, log in as Icy and see that she couldn't get anywhere outside the home page and log back as Flame to get here. Is anyone else having issues?}
-waking with a start, he hears voices outside the door. He gets up and strides to the door quickly, opening it. He looks in confusion and slight awe at dame holding a tense conversation with a dragon. Standing there, he just looks, not really knowing what to say-
eek confused Um.....are, are you alright dame?

I couldn't tell him more, Velcore! stressed And you are one to talk! ((No pun intended xd whee )) YOU HAVEN'T EVEN TOLD HIM HE'S NOT HUMAN! stressed mad OR that you can talk! And didn't know I was coming back! Like hell he didn't! I promised him I was!! mad scream
-hears the rest of what Velcore says, and her anger cools slightly, sympathy winning out- Oh...Velcore. -sinks to her knees and hugs him, just as the door opens and she hears Flame. Holds Velcore's face in her hands- Velcore, honey, she just left you? Do you not know why? And why the hell did his mum's family take his memory? What the hell, yo? evil How long would it take to find another guardian animal?
-stands up and goes to Flame's side- If you are worried about Karrie's well-being, -dame wraps an arm around Flame's waist- Flame and I can watch after him. And...Velcore, it's not like the boy is helpless. I have seen him fight. He's quite handy with those knives, Velcore. He's gonna be pretty damn safe here at MW. He's of value to Psyzapp being the head chef at the JD. Not to mention, I think the ladies around here like him well enough. biggrin

They took his memory so he would not be able to say where or what they were. His mother kept him there longer than she should have. He needed to grow up with humans to know how to interact with them.
*shakes his head* I cannot leave him. I tried and could not even leave for a full day. I was born to watch over him. *pauses for a moment* About a week before him. He was late. stare All I can do is wait until there is another who can go for me. I keep looking but have only found two babies. I thought iggies' animals might be able to help, but they are something else. confused I do not know what.
*gets up and walks out of the bar, not really knowing where he's going*
((I don't think I said how much older Velcore is before. If I did, I'm sure Tes will point it out.))

-continues to stand there and watch the interaction between the creature and dame, pulling her close when she comes to stand by him. He somewhat stiffens up when she tells the dragon that -they- will watch over the chef. More confused than ever, he opts to say nothing and just listen-

*shakes his head* They do not know how to find them. It is hard to find one who is not attatched to another yet. Thistle and Gwee are now attatched, but they have more freedom than I do.
*looks up at Flame and narrows his eyes* Who is he? I have seen him in the bar, but do not know who he is.

((Stupid Gaia errors. stare Well anyway, Velcore would have learned to talk when he was very young, and there were probably other dragons around to teach him at the time. Since he hasn't used it in about 14 years, he's forgotten most of what he'd learned.))
*studies Flame for a moment* We will talk later. I need to go back to Karrie. *waits for Dame to let him out, then he goes home*

Alright, Velcore. -lets him out, Flame waiting at the threshold of her room. When she comes back, dame picks up the food bags and the drinks and they go inside, Flame locking the door behind them. dame smiles at him and finally greets him properly.-
-The food isn't terribly cold so it only takes his food a few moments in the microwave to warm back up. She warms up his food first and then finally gives him a hot meal he needed. While he is chowin' down on it, dame warms up her bread bowl. Her stomach growling as she smells his food and hers. He laughs at her, gives her a syrupy kiss on the shoulder, which she play-yells at. Flame laughs again and kisses and licks it off then feeds her a bite of hotcake to quell her stomach. She tries to protest at first but he won't take no for an answer.-
-grinning, she takes the bite and then watches him eat his food a second or two before hers if finally warmed up. They eat most of their meals in comfortable silence. Once he is finished, he wipes his mouth off and thanks her, giving her another kiss on the shoulder. dame tells him it was no problem. While he goes to the bathroom to relieve himself, dame finish up the rest of her dinner then cleans up. She then goes into her closet to change for bed. Flame comes out of the bathroom while she is in the closet and yells from outside the door that if she is changing, she better damn well keep those stockings and shoes on. dame flushes for a moment and then stutters out an o...okay. redface Hearing the pause in her response and the stutter, he chuckles darkly and gets ready for bed his own self.-
-dame decides to keep the whole stocking/bra/panty combination on, along with the shoes, and also puts on pink pj shorts and a pink spaghetti tank top. She walks out kind of uneasily, a bit self-conscious, taking off her jewelry and placing it on top of the dresser. Flame chuckles again, not really easing her uneasiness, and asks seductively, coming up behind her and slipping his arms around her, why she even bothered with the pjs. twisted -
-dame flushes again, deeper this time redface and asks defensively why he bothered with his. stressed But since he only has pants and boxers on, it was kind of a null point. He responds to keep up airs and runs his hand under her shirt, across her bare stomach. dame shivers and before she knows it, he has her turned around and her shirt off, kissing her exposed neck and chest.-
-Flushing even more, now more with desire instead of embarrassment, she closes her eyes and enjoys it, running her own hands up and down his bare back and neck. He deftly slides her shorts off her hips, down around her bum, and they fall to her ankles. She quickly steps out of them and while she does, he steps back to admire the view. twisted -
-After what seems like long moments of him just staring at her, checking her up and down, he takes a stride back up to her and whispers smugly in her ear, pulling her close by her hips, and saying he's glad it fit like a glove - just right, but then again, he knew it would. She gasps eek surprised sweatdrop having a small inkling this gift was from him but not being entirely sure. The fleeting thought of just exactly HOW did he know her exact size crossed her mind but before she could ponder long on it, he grabs her by the a** again, causing her to groan in pleasure and wrap her arms around his shoulders, her ankles hooking around his calves, kissing him passionately. As he reaches the bed, he throws her on top of it and drops his own pants to the floor-
-...let's just say he worked those muscles again that night, fervently...and in multitudes. They both did. twisted twisted blaugh -

*snorting, she wakes up flinching at the pain the sudden movement caused in her neck. Groaning, she rubs the back of her neck, rotating her head around slowly to work the kinks and knots out. Looking around, she starts to realize that she'd passed out last night in the bar after polishing off a fifth. Standing, she stretches high on her toes, feeling the knots in her back and the pop of her spine from the awkward position she'd slept in.
Grabbing the empty bottle and glass, she shuffles behind the counter, tossing the bottle in the trash and placing the glass in the sink. Yawning loud and wide, she stumbles to the espresso machine and makes herself an extra large mocha something with extra everything, hoping to clear the haze that was settled over her brain. One thing was for certain though, she had a lot of work to do that day concerning a certain someone*

*walks in and heads straight for the espresso machine for a steamer, almost hugging the machine as it starts steaming the milk* I've been away from you for far too long crying I can't believe I have neglected you so crying
