When I like pinch or poke the back of my shin, it feels like I have a sore muscle.

I think it happened because I ran the mile for P.E. the day before.
I made it in on 11mins and 50 secs. >w<☂

We used to run 3km every once in a while, and the shortest run was a mile D:

OMG. My dad says the same thing! He was quite the athlete in his youth. Now he jogs every weekend, and tries to make me do so too. >.>
