Syn was quite happy in the kitchen and you could tell by the way he moved through it like a pro. He was also happy that he had Gerry to help with everything, otherwise he would never have gotten anything done in that amount of time. He also noticed that Gerry was making other pastries and decided to help with that too as the fox was helping him. It was only fair that he did so. They were going have a big mess to clean up but he didn't mind. It was a small price to pay for children. And of course Baba. "Hey, Gerry. You wver think about becoming a pastry chef?" he asked after a second, starting conversation why watching as Bell poked at the cookie and laughed. "It'a a cookie, Bell." He he explained to the feline as she sniffed at it this time then poked at it again. He just shook his head at her antics as he waited for a response from the other.

While looking at the curious kitten, Gerry's ear reacted to Syn's question about her becoming a pastry chef, she paused her work on making the icing, pondering the question before smiling and shaking her head. Taking the disposable gloves off she ruffled the fluff on her chest and hands noting that she might have a hard time getting the sticky dough off her fur, though she wished she could as she cupped her cheeks and her ears swaying from side to side. Seeing Syn's reaction, she couldn't help but giggle, it would be hard for a Talisian to become a pastry chef considering their physical trait with fur and sharp claws making the pastry dough a bit off or that it might get ruined. Loose fur could also become a problem as well especially after winter. She gestures at her hand as if she's using a calculator of sort, she could bake but only at home and managing the bakery itself was more favorable.

Syn nodded in understanding. "Well, in any case I think you would be awesome at it." he replied with a smile as he gently nudged Bell away from one of the pastries. "No, Bell. You can't eat that." he said with a laugh at the little kitten who gave a small meow that sounds like "why?" He just shook his head at her. "But I understand that you have a good life and that you love it. And besides, it was just a suggestion." he added after a second of silence. "Make a me wonder if I'll have something like that one day." He mused before shaking his head a d pushing those thoughts away. Maybe one day. "Well, I think the cookies are done cooling. So now I can pack them in the containers." he finished, looking at the clock with a nod to himself. He got two large containers for the cookies and one for the pastries. Twelve in one container, twelve in the other. He placed the containers on the table before going to the fridge to get the cooking cookies. The kids were going to love them.

Gerry tilted her head to the side and giggled while cupping her cheek and was caught by surprise when her husband wrapped his arms around her after quietly sneaking up to her. A bit tolerant of his clingy habits, Avery just looked up at his wife with a big grin on his face, Gerry pecked him on the forehead which might spoil him more but he knows it's time to become an adult now as he breaks the hug but snag any leftover pieces that's for everyone who're still here in the house. "Alright guys we're all packed and ready for the trip, Felin and Wolfy will be coming along on the back so if you need to bring anything else, be sure you've got everything." Avery said with a smile, stealing a kiss from his wife before heading back out to help Morgan. Felin and Wolfy started loading their things into the back of the pickup.

Syn just smiled at the two before packing up the cookies and then heading back to the guest room to get his bag and cellphone. "Huh. Hey, Avery, would it be okay if I drive my truck instead of rising with you that way Wolfy and Felon could ride in the car?" he asked after a minute before turning to Avery. It would make a lot more sense if he went to the hospital in his own truck that way Avery could just head over to Baba's without stopping. "I could.meet you over at Baba' s after I leave the hospital." He added, determined. Yeah. He would take his own truck, that way Avery and the others would have more room in thier truck for whatever. He made sure to snag his other present as he waited for a response from the other male. He made sure to leave a pastry for whatever is living in the closet before he had come out with his bag and into the living room.

"Oh sure, we can meet you at Baba's place. You can take Morgan along with you." Avery said, Gerry handed him a container of leftover cookies and pastries for Baba as he brings them over to the truck. Making sure she got everything and Felin and Wolfy finished preparing after they took a quick bath. Morgan walked into the house to get quickly changed after a bath as well, afterwards he makes some coffee for the road and made some for Syn just incase he feels a little something to warm up. Somehow he smiled just from thinking about Syn, until he let out a longing sigh as he reveals the necklace he always wear. Morgan wondered if he's ready to go through those emotions again and dread the moment he loses someone very close again. Sighing to himself, he tucked the necklace under his shirt and made his way out. Avery and the others were just about to finish checking on everything, Felin and Wolfy sat in the back of the pickup as Gerry hopped on in on the drivers seat. "Alright you two, we'll see you at Baba's place kay, safe travels." Avery said as he and the others waved at Syn and Morgan, with the start of the truck and everyone fastened, they're off to the forest Baba lives in.

"Okay. then. See you there!" Syn replied, giving them a wave to them. "Same to you!" He called out as he placed his things in the truck. He placed the two containers in the middle of the seat so that there would be room for Morgan. He finished what he was doing he turned around to see Morgan and he smiled. "Hey. You ready to go?" he asked after a minute of making sure that he had every thing they needed. "Oh, should we take Bell wirh is or leave here at the farm?" he asked, frowning to himself, hoping that the kitten would br okay by herself. Or maybe they should take her with them? Oh, he didn't know what to do and looked at Morgan expectantly as he waited for a response while fiddling with his new bracelets. He still marveled that the tree had gotten him these sort of things. It made his heart really warm. That and the fact that they liked his gifts as well.

Morgan looked like he was about to reply until a tiny mewl came from the inside of his shirt and a tiny furry head popped her head out between the opening of Morgan's shirt and scarf. Bell meowed once again for daylight and later on purred as she seems to be in quite the comfortable position. Guess Bell's presence is enough of an answer as Morgan looked away with a bit of color on his cheek, the two seem inseparable though one seems carefree while the other is trying not to appear too helpless when it came to small things that are cute.

Well with everyone who's going to the hospital is here, Morgan takes the passenger seat and making sure Bell was safely secured, and not constrained by the seat belt, she rests on Morgan's lap for the trip. "Oh remind me to get something for the guys back at the precinct once we're done at the hospital, I'm sure most of them are still working on the clock." Morgan figured he give the guys a little something as thanks as well as a much needed treat for the officers who're still working.

Syn just stared for a few seconds before laughing softly. "Well, that answers that." He replied in amusement as he scratched Bell under her chin, causing her to purr in delight. "You're adorable." he added with grin at Morgan. The other man was so cute when he blushed. It was probably one of the things he liked about him. Syn made sure he had everything before hopping into the driver's seat and then closing the door behind him. He blinked before nodding. "Of course. They can have any left over cookies as i know there will be some left." he replied with a smile at the other male. He buckled up, started the car and they were off to the hospital. It wouldn't take long fkr him to get there plus, he wasn't going to stay long anyway. Maybe like half and hour maybe. Yeah, that sounds right. Plus he wanted to avoid Dr. Yukimura and his number one fan girl, Fiona. He really did not want to have anything to do with them at the moment. Or at all really. Ever, if he's to be honest.

The trip to the city didn't felt long this time as Morgan chatted with Syn here and there, including trying to make sure Bell doesn't roam around the truck a lot, which she does from time to time whenever she felt like it. Settling herself on the dashboard however, she sits up straight gazing at Morgan and then at Syn as she switches. "Bell seems to become an odd ball isn't she." Morgan pointed out even though he's an odd ball himself for being someone who's working in the CIA. Chuckling as he reaches over to pet Bell on the head and scratching her chin, Bell was just like any ordinary kitten as she lowers herself so that Morgan can scratch her more.

Well seeing as they'll be getting something for the officers back at the precinct once they're done at the hospital, Morgan took his phone out to make a phone order for a certain coffee shop as it was the one that's quite famous yet a tad bit pricey considering where it is. "You want anything Syn? My treat for the road trip to Baba's." Asking if Syn would want something from the high end coffee shop. Morgan didn't mind as he's okay with his savings and being Christmas an all, it's a once in a while moment.

Syn just raised an eyebrow at Bell's antics before shaking his head. "Yeah, she is." he replied after a minute of staring at the kitten and deciding that it was a lost cause trying to figure her out. He had a feeling that no one would understand Bell. Not even him. Syn looked over at him, opening his mouth to say no but then again thought about it. "Hmm. I'll have a large hot chocolate if they have it." he added after a second of thinking about it. He could definitely use some hot chocolate as it is rathee cold today. Soon enough they came upon Amore hospital, and instead of staff parking lot, he parked in a spot made for visitors as they wouldn't be staying long. "You want to come in with me or what?" he asked Morgan once he turned the truck off and gathered up the two containers while waiting for a response from the other male. He probably wouldn't stay longer than 30 minutes, if that.

Seeing as there wasn't anything else to do inside the truck, Morgan nods as he let Bell jump into his arms and letting her hang out under his shirt but this time keeping her head poking out and only letting Morgan's warmth keep her warmed up in the cold weather. It's been quite a while since he's been here and it's certainly a bit different. Though the faces he remembered seeing that day still stayed the same. Waving at a few they see, Morgan followed Syn.

Syn smiled at him as he led the other into the hospital, which was decorated for Christmas. It was such a great sight to see. He smiled and nodded at those in greeting as his hands were full at the moment. He kept going until they made it to the child ward where he was happily greeted the children and thier families. "Hello, everyone! I made you all cookies." he said to them as he cheerfully passed them out to each child, making they each got one while leaving a container for the parents. Even Bell got in on the action as the chikdren were deligjted of course. Though he had no idea of how she got out of Morgan's shirt in the first place. He had the second container as well but he had more than enough for Morgan's friends at the precinct. After sometime, he decided to up and go. "Hey, Morgan. I'm ready to head on out. Are you?" he asked after a while as he sipped some lunch that was nearby, waiting for the said males response.

Morgan nodded when Syn asked if they're ready to head out. Helping his healer friend with the containers of leftover treats, he followed Syn back to the truck before getting a phone call from Alica which Morgan knew because of the ringtone he used to tell that it's Alica, holding the container under his arm, Morgan answered the phone and it was a video call, before you know it, Alica's face takes up the entire screen. {"MERRY CHRISTMAS~~~~~~ MONK!!!"} She sound partially asleep and almost hungover yet she's able to sound awake, zooming her camera away from her face, her partner can be seen in the background waving at the camera looking like she's questioning why Alica is trying to give everyone a loud Christmas greet. "Merry Christmas Alica, Jane, I hope she isn't causing too much of a ruckus last night." {"Nah, she's still in the middle of celebrating yesterday's operation."} Jane cheerfully states as Morgan was happy about that, seems like one ring of crime have been dealt with in the city, soon others may follow and that one day the city would be free of any underground criminal activity.

{"So what're you guys up too? Oh?! Is that Syn?"} Jane noticed when Morgan moved his phone, {"SYN!!!~~~~~ MERRY CHRISTMAS~~~~!!!!!"} Alica cheered though she spun around a bit until she began to stumble a bit. "That is one reason you shouldn't drink too much Alica." Morgan says when he she's her looking a bit pale. {"Shaddup! I'um old enouf to drink to my hearts' con..."} she looked a bit too pale as her phone went flying and her out to the bathroom, thankfully Jane saved the phone from falling onto the floor tile and in the background, someone wasn't holding it in very well and Jane's face of hope that her partner is okay.

Syn startled at the loud greeting from Alicia and had to look over the other's shoulder to see what said woman was doing. Was...was she drunk? Syn just stared back but returned the greeting anyway. When Jane explanied why Alicia was like that, he nodded his head. Okay, so that's why. He had to wince when she started to spin around which was not a good thing to do she one was drunk or hungover. It wasn't a pretty sight when the action caught up to you. And right on cue, Alicia was headed to the bathroom and he could clearly hear the noise in the background, causing him to wince again as he placed the extra snacks into the truck. "Jane, I have a hangover cure if Alicia needs it." he said into the phone after a minute. Of course he did as some.of hisnclinets three these crazy parties and the next day need something to cure the hangovers. Doesn't matter how many times he tells them to not drink heavily but they never listen. He just hoped that Alicia would be okay until then.
