Born into a world where she could not see due to a complication in birth and in the womb, Tamiko had to slowly show the world she was not one to trifle with as she worked with the eyes she was born with to begin able to see through the use of blood or water like substances because of her vision. She even nicknamed her eyes Umbra Shisen as they were black like the blackest part of the darkness around her except for the red lines of blood veins from others she could see. Her parents at a young age were clear about teaching her the standards of Saiketsu and the ideals of the clan, but Tamiko soon met with a day where she would eventually destroy her potential future as a shinobi.
One such day of her bullying was just a year after she had started the training of Saiketsu and a group of boys felt the need to start calling her names, such as a blood demon as she had the eyes of one might assume was demonic. She also could not see and these boys knew this. The movements of the boys were more thuggish than uniform nor did they flow with the technique of experienced warriors. One quick movement during a struggle as Tamiko could make out the blood veins of the boys resulted in one boy's jugular being cut and blood flowing from the wound as well as splash against the surface beneath their feets. Tamiko smiled, looking up at the boys and took a cup of her hand with the blood within it, splashing it upon the boys to get a better look at them. through the blood splatter.
Tamiko took to summoning up her own courage to focus her energy towards pulling blood from her pours, directing her hand at one boy and launched 15 crimson needles from her hand at the boy and hitting him within his chest as the boy stood stunned after his friend's throat was slashed. The other boys shook their head and one began to run as the other went forward with an attack. The one who went forward for the attack met with a crimson blade right through his neck and Tamiko groaned as she felt the dehydration of her hand. Her hand seemed to shrivel through the draining of blood from her hand to form a sharpened katana like blade, sharp enough to slice through the boy's neck. The next and last boy who had started to run, met his end by the blade slice through his chest as he stopped in the middle of the road over from where his friends just died. Tamiko took each of these boys to an abandon building and began to drain their bodies of blood, saving what she had done for use later on in her days if someone attempted to bully her again.
Sadly, there were witnesses and eventually Tamiko was exiled from Kirigakure to wander at just the mere age of 16. That was four years ago and now Tamiko is known as a blood demon even now as she kills and consumes those she does, draining their blood for her use of vision and eventual techniques should she develop any.

Nindo: "The world revolves solely around the strong and charismatic." Personality: Nakichō upon achieving his Chunin entitlement has become a more responsible yet semi-paranoid individual. Unsure of how to handle his current position he's devoted himself to taking the positive route invigorating route...cutting down on the theatric just a pinch. His promotion has produced a physical streak. In other words he is no longer afraid to sully his name with a firm hand should someone become mouthy or disrespectful. His egotism has decreased several fold as he has now become a more team oriented individual seeking to better anyone under his authority. Nakichō is very eccentric and flamboyant almost borderline excessive typically rhyming or accentuating his speech for a greater impact as if to garner more attention though this has been reserved for unprofessional gatherings. However, legitimate insults do the vise versa until he reaches a breaking point where nothing but pure unadulterated rage is behind each swing. • Charismatic Combatant: Diplomacy and Bluffing come to him as second nature in addition to this he's highly proficient at picking up an individual's mental weakness and exploiting it in combat. Weaknesses: • Disheartening Dissonance: As much a strength as it is a weakness if Nakichō is consistently berated by an ally or an enemy and their insults hold viable ground his attacks will grow more sloppy, pathetic, and lacking any impact. Description: The Aka-Teien 赤庭園 (Red Garden) was a gift given to Nakichō by the Raigyo clan for his service in the lower branch. The weapon much like the clans style is reliant on emotion fluctuating between four states depending on the certain circumstances and the emotions of it's wielder. Nakicho can apply the Raigyo's emotives into Aka-Teien to force the labeled emotive unto an opponent. Aka-Teien in treated as a conduit for use of Raigyo techniques however, it cannot execute techniques that would otherwise require multiple conduits.
Ability Summary: • First Form: Shidareyanagi シダレヤナギ (Weeping Willow) The first form is a result that originates from a lack of will and self confidence in the user. The blade detects this lack of confidence and turns a dull grey. In this state is literally no stronger than a basic Odachi in fact one could say it's equivalent to a rusted Odachi. The Current Rank of the Style used in conjunction with the blade in this state is decreased by one down to a minimum of E. Shidareyanagi stacks with itself if the state does not change by the end of the two post duration. When Shidareyanagi is active the user can only use style techniques reflective of the current rank deduction. I.e. Naki is trained in B rank techniques those techniques would usually be weakened to C rank efficiency. However, he cannot use them at all. In addition The C Rank Skills he does have access to would be dropped to D Rank Efficiency.
•Second Form: Baranotsubomi バラのつぼみ (Rosebud) The second form is the neutral state of the blade. The blade is a typical steel silver. However upon attacks self inflicted or otherwise it absorbs the blood of the injured location eventually until the blade grows red. Upon becoming red the blade becomes entirely serrated making injuries susceptible to cause hemorrhaging and muscle tearing. It takes a blood draw from the base of the blade to the tip before becoming red. This can be executed by the user as if performing a blood summoning by running a finger from the end to tip or causing a significant enough wound on the opponent. When red the blade can null jutsu one rank lower than the corresponding styles Rank. Up to 3 times before a new blood draw is required. Each Blood Draw costs 20 Stamina and 20 Chakra if self inflicted.
•Third Form: Tora yuri 虎ユリ (Tiger Lily) The third form comes from extreme self confidence brought upon by reassurance, compliments, and praise from someone other than oneself and taking said words to heart. The blade begins to radiate becoming a vibrant yellow. It begins to buzz wildly and emanate white hot heat. The Blade is treated as one rank higher when used in conjunction with an associated style in this state up to the max rank applicable for the current wielder. The blades heat can cut through thin metals and foliage with ease. The blade can 'cut' through ninjutsu of it's level or below and or nullify ninjutsu of the same rank or lower entirely.(Fuuinjutsu included.)
•Fourth Form: Hōzuki ホオズキ (NightShade) The fourth form is spawned from intense anger and self loathing. A thorny root sprouts from the blade injecting itself into the user's vein in their arm the blade turns a dark red with tinges of black. The user loses most reasoning and is filled with profound bloodlust. The blade then begins rapidly depleting it's hosts Chakra and Stamina as if a parasite. At 120 per post which can't be reduced unless the state changes. In exchange the host becomes heavily empowered in strength and speed but becomes heavily impaired in reflex,perception, and reasoning. In this State the blade cannot be damaged by any means and can 'cut' any Ninjutsu above the known styles rank by one up to the max rank applicable, it still however remains on par with Bukijutsu of it's rank. When either the users chakra or stamina is completely drained they immediately faint. All styles in this state are treated as hard formless.
Errata: A state excluding aesthetic states remains for a duration of two posts within those two posts if the user's emotion fluctuates the blade will respond to the emotional state from the last post made.
*Aesthetic States:States that have no combat implementation and are merely for show obviously correlating with mood. The blade emits hues and scents in accordance with what would be a mood ring some other examples include; Elated: The blade produces a constant sparkling effect. Depressed: The blade emanates a solemn purple hue. Embarrassment: The blade emits a pinkish hue. Arousal: The blade emits a pleasing scent.

It was only when a colorful neighboring clan from the land of Tea known as the Hojo shared their brilliantly colored and flashy paintings that Nakicho was inspired to want to leave home. However, this involved a little coercing but if anything the Raigyo was incredibly understanding. So long as he Nakicho maintained his oath to serving the higher branch and those blessed with the gift he may leave. The clans upper branch in honor of his service bestowed upon Nakicho a hand crafted Odachi. While they knew he wasn't good at jutsu they bore witness to him physically honing his body each and every day.
Having dressed for success using the remainder of his funds Nakicho initially didn't know where to begin. He'd only heard of the villages and each one was unique in their own. "I'll go to someplace bland and barren a place where a star to be can truly shine! Then finally I'll have some peace of mind!" He got what he wished for after a long days travel and vague descriptions he found the barren sand covered wastes of the the village hidden within it. This was great news except...he had to go to an academy filled with ages 13-16 and here he was 20 going on 21. Still he knew it was a necessary evil on his ride to fame. So he endured the taunting, the questioning, the childish name calling. Slowly drawing more and more into himself and becoming reclusive when it came to thoughts about others. Now that he's graduated the Academy he's become slightly more immature than he was in the Land of Tea. Due to the lack of what he deemed progress until now the man has proven to be more elated than usual.
With his recent transition from Sunagakure to Konohagakure Nakicho has assumed the position of Chunin. Upon achieving said title from Masahiro and later discovering his eyes awakening when tending to his wounds at the hospital Nakicho has since been overwhelmed with emotions. On said say he made vow to become the Hero of the Leaf. With all things said the exclamation doesn't seem as empty and showboaty as it once was before.

Ability Summary: • First Form: Shidareyanagi シダレヤナギ (Weeping Willow) The first form is a result that originates from a lack of will and self confidence in the user. The blade detects this lack of confidence and turns a dull grey. In this state is literally no stronger than a basic Odachi in fact one could say it's equivalent to a rusted Odachi. The Current Rank of the Style used in conjunction with the blade in this state is decreased by one down to a minimum of E. Shidareyanagi stacks with itself if the state does not change by the end of the two post duration. When Shidareyanagi is active the user can only use style techniques reflective of the current rank deduction. I.e. Naki is trained in B rank techniques those techniques would usually be weakened to C rank efficiency. However, he cannot use them at all. In addition The C Rank Skills he does have access to would be dropped to D Rank Efficiency.
•Second Form: Baranotsubomi バラのつぼみ (Rosebud) The second form is the neutral state of the blade. The blade is a typical steel silver. However upon attacks self inflicted or otherwise it absorbs the blood of the injured location eventually until the blade grows red. Upon becoming red the blade becomes entirely serrated making injuries susceptible to cause hemorrhaging and muscle tearing. It takes a blood draw from the base of the blade to the tip before becoming red. This can be executed by the user as if performing a blood summoning by running a finger from the end to tip or causing a significant enough wound on the opponent. When red the blade can null jutsu one rank lower than the corresponding styles Rank. Up to 3 times before a new blood draw is required. Each Blood Draw costs 20 Stamina and 20 Chakra if self inflicted.
•Third Form: Tora yuri 虎ユリ (Tiger Lily) The third form comes from extreme self confidence brought upon by reassurance, compliments, and praise from someone other than oneself and taking said words to heart. The blade begins to radiate becoming a vibrant yellow. It begins to buzz wildly and emanate white hot heat. The Blade is treated as one rank higher when used in conjunction with an associated style in this state up to the max rank applicable for the current wielder. The blades heat can cut through thin metals and foliage with ease. The blade can 'cut' through ninjutsu of it's level or below and or nullify ninjutsu of the same rank or lower entirely.(Fuuinjutsu included.)
•Fourth Form: Hōzuki ホオズキ (NightShade) The fourth form is spawned from intense anger and self loathing. A thorny root sprouts from the blade injecting itself into the user's vein in their arm the blade turns a dark red with tinges of black. The user loses most reasoning and is filled with profound bloodlust. The blade then begins rapidly depleting it's hosts Chakra and Stamina as if a parasite. At 120 per post which can't be reduced unless the state changes. In exchange the host becomes heavily empowered in strength and speed but becomes heavily impaired in reflex,perception, and reasoning. In this State the blade cannot be damaged by any means and can 'cut' any Ninjutsu above the known styles rank by one up to the max rank applicable, it still however remains on par with Bukijutsu of it's rank. When either the users chakra or stamina is completely drained they immediately faint. All styles in this state are treated as hard formless.

Although she doesn't get along with Seiji, she loves all of her family, especially Samui, who she is quite close to and follows around almost everywhere. Hatsu trained hard to be in the Kumogakure military, hoping to be of some use to Samui.

Age: 17 Birthdate: 8 August Gender: Male Height: 73 inches, 185 centimeters Weight: 167 pounds, 76 kilograms Appearance: Hiro Yuu Tanaka has his father's chiseled chin, with a somewhat gruff complexion from a very small five-o'clock shadow. While acne has already passed through this teenager, it left him with a rough-looking face along his left jawline. This, coupled with a rather generic nose, and deep sockets leading to his brown iris eyes give him a rather rugged appearance. he has small ears which sit close to his head, and a crop top of faded brown hair which twirls slightly after a good hard day's sweat. Very little of his face is taken care of with any excess, minus a shave in the morning with his usual routine.
To compliment his stone-like face, Hiro has a modestly toned figure of a man that works a lot with his hands. Large arms and wide shoulders frame the man. He also sports a modest tan, giving him a slightly olive pigment to the waistline. On hot summer days, he often goes shirtless during work, where if one sees him from behind will notice several lashing scars, many cris-crossing others. He doesn't talk about them. Most lead further down along his a** and legs, both of which are far paler in skin tone than his upper body.
Hiro doesn't have many clothes. Just about everything in his wardrobe is used for work. His wardrobe includes:

The one thing Hiro does tend to have at his disposal are tools. However, since an incident at a shop, he's now without several key tools as well as his tool belt, currently confiscated by the local dumpling shop until either repairs are completed, the brats are caught, or until Hiro himself pays for the damage caused. No good punks!
Nindo: Whatever, someone's gotta do it. Personality: Hiro tends to not give a damn about personal feelings. He doesn't particularly like the people who call themselves "Ninja". What he's seen is they tend to leave a wake of destruction in their path, rather than help to rebuild for the common man. Most of them he finds disgusting, war-mongering cretinous ingrates who couldn't swing a hammer unless it was to bash somebody's face. While the rest of his village celebrated ninja to the point of worship, in his opinion, he was one of the few who settled into cleaning up the mess.
This is where Hiro thrives. He takes a lot of pride in his work, rather than the magics of chakra. Unfortunately, as it turns out, he's actually got a decent amount of the magical stuff within him. Hence why he was forced to undergo the trivial training of the Ninja Academy in Kohona and learn the ways of what he typically refers to as "ninja bullshit". For whatever it's worth, it has helped his ability to do good work, at the price of exhaustion at the end of the day.

Borh to a man who slaved over a blacksmith's furnace for fourteen hours a day, seven days a week, Hiro Tanaka only saw his father sweat and work his fingers to the bone. Meanwhile, his mother often sat lazily by until going out to buy dinner, rather than cook it herself. Needless to say, there was a lot of strife between the couple in the Tanaka house.
Hiro himself was the oldest of three children, a testament to the father's strength and stamina. There was very little love, and most of the time growing up in Konohakagure, very little positivism from the house. The grandfather survived the third and fourth ninja wars, and instilled in his sons the disgust for the ninja way of life. The father in turn passed that disgust to Hiro. However, as he lived in a ninja village, everything business and work related went through the path of the ninja. Thus, sometime after being sick and tired of being sick and tired of his family, Hiro Tanaka joined the academy in order to get more work and be rid of them once and for all.
Having no natural skills in ninjutsu, taijutsu, or genjutsu, Hiro struggled greatly in his studies. His saving grace was the fact he was without question the hardest working man in show-business the academy. Through pure effort, and a modest understanding of the science behind the magical techniques all ninja performed, he was able to use what little chakra he had of his own to do some of the most rudimentary jutsu, and pass as one of the lowest ranks in the history of the academy. Take that society!

Nindo: "Freedom is one of the few things worth living and dying to protect." Personality: Lucio's personality is a mixture between that of a formal gentleman and a ruthless criminal. He emits charm and speaks calmly even in the middle of an armed robbery. Lucio also openly emits hostility towards people he either hates or dislikes.
Lucio also has quite a ruthless streak, more than willing to use lethal force on nearly anyone who can foil his schemes, even going so far as to laugh after cutting them down. In regards to the "Righteous" and the "Just" he often chastises them being blind to the cruelty of the real world. Judging by his elaborate outfit and accessories, Lucio has expensive tastes, a common stereotype of the Mafia dons and princes like himself.
Despite working with traditional shinobi, he has next to no respect for them or authority figures in general, particularly kage. On several occasions he has talked to or about them in a derogatory fashion, referring to them as "dogs of death, tools, and pawns" or "weak and petty tyrants" respectively. He also often takes to mocking, taunting, and insulting his enemies. This quality persists even when he is in very difficult situations.
The biggest indication of the fact that he does have a kind and nice side is his relationship with Ciri. While he is with her, which is almost always, he treats her with the same level of respect he treats himself and his father, which is considerable.
While hidden under layers upon layers of crime, vice and violence there is in fact an ounce of good within Lucio. He pities the masses for the cruelty and suffering of their life. He is normally respectful to anyone he does not deem and enemy, or below himself, and frankly if not for his mafia connections could make a decent shot at being a "hero of the people."

Which, growing up in said environment, contributed greatly to his personality and rather ruthless tendencies. Though his mother wasnt unseen or unknown like most within his criminal family and even still lives to this day. Growing up Lucio was trained by his father in the ways of managing a criminal syndicate, fated to lead it upon his death, and in the ways of combat by his more than amply skilled mother. One major occurrence of his life was that when he turned seventeen his father had arranged for him to have a bodyguard by the name of Ciri Lelièvre. Over the next year the two quickly grew close never leaving each others side, not that he would want to leave her side as his feelings for her are starting to come to the fore.
Alright, I apologize for the delay, as we are dealing with last minute wedding details on my side! But, here we go!
As far as Profile Acceptance mods go, I am admittedly one of the tougher when it comes to finer details. As Mizukage, I like to see details in profiles for my village because Profiles aren't just for me to look at, but for you to keep an updated record on as your character constantly grows. It also serves as a vital reference for being able to play your character effectively, and as such I will be pointing out places that need "fluffing up" or details.
PersonalAttributes • In all honesty, a chakra increase like this would be...useless. It would get you one D-ranked technique. I wouldn't bother with it, but it's your choice. I'm not going to deny you based off of this. Could be replaced by a -1 post reduction to learning Taijutsu techniques, or perhaps "Master Contortionist: Able to break out of grapples by paying just the original cost of the grappling technique". • Slight Physical Defense Increase. Overall, this won't mean much, as descriptives matter not at all until you get a Supreme increase. A Slight increase is 1/6th of a rank. Personally, I would switch this to something else, such as "Ten free jutsu", "Is able to adjust Taijutsu styles to allow their usage through a spear that has been specially meditated over for 5 posts". • Slight Speed Increase, as stated above, is 1/6th increase over others. Per guild rules, these don't account for anything until you have reached a Supreme increase (6/6), which increases the speed of a technique by 1 rank. This can be accomplished by learning styles of Taijutsu/Bukijutsu. My suggestion is to use this to add 1 Bukijutsu to your lists, that way you can learn one that increases your speed. • Are you looking to decrease the amount of time it takes to learn Genjutsu by 1 post? This is unclear.
JutsuLimitations • 6 * 2 = 12 jutsu. Combined with the 2 from Taijutsu, and 5 from your Bloodling Bonus, you have 19 Ninjutsu slots, not 25. 6 of those slots would be for Earth techniques, 6 for Lightning, and the rest could be whatever you wanted. Suggestion I have is to list them separately on your profile, that way you don't get confused on it.
History Histories is where I become the hardest.Histories help define a character in details, and allows you quite a bit of tools for referencing in your posts and in roleplay along the way. This isn't something where people go to read and understand, this is for you to know what your own history is. Be detailed! Now, a good point of fact is that there hasn't been a "Great War" in...well...ever, as far as this guild has existed, so that part would need to be removed. Died of polio? Cool. Or not dead at all, and missing? Gives you something to work with in character, a goal to be accomplished. A drive for existence! How about saying your brother was murdered by someone, your father taken, and the only clue was a strange, black eye scrawled on a ryo and left for you to find. No idea of who or what it was, or where your father was, you turned to the village to gain knowledge. You could write that you went through the academy, struggling because you were never talented, and getting out middle of the pack, but with anger issues to keep you going for years. While you're at it, reference your past in your personality, referencing events that made you act this way!
Think outside of the basics. Be detailed, because this is stuff you can reference, and it defines your character. That's my suggestion. The only mandatory required update is telling me what you meant in regards to the attributes above.
