Seiketsu: •Everything is in order aside from one thing. The PA: Ninjutsu Adept. "Ninjutsu Adept: -2 reduction to learn Ninjutsu" The most reduction a person can receive to a reduction via Pa is a -1 without consequence and a -2 with consequence. To receive a -2 to Ninjutsu reduction you will need to add a +1 to a learning difficulty of your choice. This can be either Buki/Tai/or Gen. Also, I've noticed your age is 21 years. There isn't anything directly wrong with this, but for someone to have the title of Genin at 21 years is laughable. So unless you want it part of your character that he'll technically be considered either 'lazy' or 'incompetent' I'd knock the age down by by 2-3 years. Make that one little change and it's approved. The age can remain if that's what you intend for your character. Pending
Toryu •I'm going to need at least three sentences in the History section before I can provide an approval as stated in the History section. As for the the other thing the "Beserker at Heart:" is an interesting PA but at the same time it breaks the Raw standards of not allowing increases past mildly. This has been overruled in the past though. I find since the Pa is creative and situational in it's increases and decreases that it's A Ok in my book but I can't confidently approve it without another's agreement. As for the Pa Shatterbird. There is nothing wrong with it but you'll find that 'slight' increases are actually pretty negligible for the most part until reaching late in the game and becoming rather useless in the end game. Personally I'd suggest a learning reduction to say Hari clan skills to make things easier or say reducing the cost for Explosive Jutsu by [10] but increasing the cost of something else by [5] Pending

He enrolled the academy as every other aspiring ninja in his village when he was of age but soon stopped studying there, as he was more interested in reading various books. He kept that lifestyle up for several years. A couple of years after he entered adulthood, he two crucial things happened that made him decide to become a ninja in the end.
He learned about his family history and his own ninjutsu capabilities and the slaughter of his father and younger brother to bandits. As a now grown man, Shinrin didn't need much time in the academy to learn what he needed to learn in order for him to become a ninja on his own right. Just as he entered the 21st year of his life he was at last a ninja of the hidden mist.
Having become accustumed to the life of a ninja, Shinrin is living his life as one, each day trying to learn something new and trying to refine his abilities.

Personality: The Renegade Vulgar, rebellious, and ruthless, Shina has been shaped and hardened by her life as an orphan in the dangerous city of Sasagi. She doesn't tolerate disrespect or opposition, and is not below putting someone in their place with a good beating. In short, her temper is very, very horrible. Shina's behavior towards others is usually sarcastic, and generally overbearing due to her high self-esteem and oppressive attitude. Many have viewed her as cocky and aggressive with a crude sense of humor. She's not afraid to speak her mind, or "tell it how it is", regardless of who that person might be. It's her way, or the highway as far as she's concerned, and could care less how others feel about it. Fearless in the face of danger or opposition, and the resiliency to keep going when the going gets tough makes her a force to be reckoned with. As long as she is on the right path to her goals, she won't stop until they are achieved, and by whatever means necessary. Having been a leader of a team once, she does understand the values of teamwork, but earning her trust is very difficult, as she has shut herself away from many to prevent anymore heartaches she has already experienced. However, earning her trust and friendship--and getting used to her personality--will note the incredible amount of loyalty and respect Shina has for that individual. To the point where she'd be willing to kill, and even die for them. Due to past events, she also has a strong dislike for Shinobi.
Daddy's Little Girl Deep down underneath all of that thug and ruggedness is a broken child, only looking for revenge or some kind of closure. She secretly desires that once loving fatherly figure to return to her life to fill the void in her heart and offer the guidance she desperately needs. Someone to truly care for her like her father did, before he was taken away from her. She'll typically act more rebellious towards individuals trying to help her to hide this fact, but on the rare case they are able to get her to crack, Shina slowly becomes more cooperative. At times she may even revert back to her younger self: being inquisitive, attention seeking, and a little more spirited.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Shina's father, Tetsuya Miyazaki was member of the Yakuza gang in Sasagi City, having joined when he was just twelve years old, orphaned. He slowly rose through the ranks, earning respect, fame and proving to be a great asset to the gang's numbers. While his primary task was performing duties as a bruiser, he made himself further useful by assisting in the construction of their weapons and gadgets, and started a breeding center with Tosas to compete in local dog fighting tournaments. It was here he'd meet with Shina's mother, a "girlfriend" to a member of the Mafia. He wanted her, and he was determined to get her. With some charm and a bit of seduction, what was supposed to be a one-night stand turned into the birth of his first child. When the Mafia found out about the pregnancy, they were enraged, and she fled from the mansion to escape whatever horrible fate might await her. A couple months passed, and in hiding she gave birth to Shina, with Tetsuya present, only after swearing an oath to take the child and leave. With the unplanned pregnancy ruining the stable life she had within the Mafia's care, she wanted nothing to do with Tetsuya, or their newborn child. They both parted ways, and that was the last time they'd ever meet.
Raising a child and being apart of a gang was tough for Tetsuya. He feared to reveal the news to his boss, predicting his reaction may not be so forgiving. He spent her first few years raising her there in the factory, keeping her well hidden from the other members, all while keeping her well cared for. However, being blessed with a few close friends, they were entrusted with his secret, and helped him care for Shina while she was just an infant. By the time she was five years old, he had more than enough money to buy them a small apartment, where she'd spend most of her time with her father. Their bond was very close, aside from the occasional question about "mommy" that he often tried to avoid. As she grew up, her father taught her the ins and outs of the city, places that were safe to go, and places she should stay away from. At the top of the list, was the factory and any other of the major gang buildings. He wanted to raise Shina to be a decent citizen of Sasagi, with the tools and know-how she'd need to survive in this dangerous place. His worst nightmare was her turning out like him, joining a gang instead of doing something better, and much safer with her life.
At eight years old, her father enrolled her into martial arts classes since she was interested in fighting. And at nine, she was given the single pup of his Tosa Inu litter as a birthday present. Unlike many of the litters in the past, this pup was a little bigger, and upon further inspection, it was revealed the dog possessed a higher chakra reserve. He was indeed special, but Tetsuya was unsure what that truly meant. But one thing was for sure, this dog would not be entering any fighting tournaments. It was also on this day that he stopped dog fighting completely, to teach Shina how she should properly care for companions, and raise them to be guardians instead of fighters. Shina named the Tosa Inu pup Ryuu, and the two became inseparable as time passed on. As her fighting skill progressed, she grew more curious about these "Shinobi" she had been hearing about. Their mystical powers intrigued her, and she wondered if she had any of her own. Her father took her to an area for testing, which resulted in extraordinary physical capabilities, but none for Ninjutsu or Genjutsu whatsoever. Disappointed, her father cheered her up but telling her she didn't need those powers and was just as strong as any Shinobi so long as she believed in herself.
With Shina being old enough now to care for herself, with Ryuu serving as capable protection, Tetsuya resumed his usual duties with the Yakuza more often. She saw him less and less, but he'd always return at night time to tuck her into bed and tell her stories or answer any questions she'd have. He was soon forced to tell her the story about her mother, but made sure to let her know that she was always welcomed to try and find her. After that, Shina spent most of her time traveling around the city looking for any clues or signs for her mother, but never really had any success. Later that night, her father didn't return home like he usually did, so she and Ryuu set out to find him. For hours on end they searched, but could find no signs of him, until approaching an alleyway and investigated further out of curiosity. Discovering bodies lying still on the ground, she inspected them all, only to find one being her father, dead. All of the men here were dead. A scream, followed by sobbing emitted from the alleyway, as she grieved for her father's death. This attracted nearby members of the Yakuza, which to the quick reaction of Ryuu, got her to a safe place out of their sight as they entered.
Taking the bat and the jacket he had with him before they left, both Shina and Ryuu went back to the apartment where they remained for the next month, before being suddenly locked out due to lack of payments. She was officially an orphan, and homeless. Thankfully she remembered all the teachings her father taught her, and along with the fighting skill she already had, life on the streets was still very hard for Shina and Ryuu. They had to fight for every scrap of food, and even go as far as stealing just to barely survive. Things weren't getting any easier with the two major gangs running around, and entering any areas within their turf was almost a death sentence for any stranger. She nearly got herself killed by the Mafia, if it wasn't for a boy coming to her rescue. He helped her escape, and led her to his little hideout in the sewers, where he had food, shelter, and safety. The boy's name was Masaru, and he too was a homeless orphan, only a few years older than her however. A bond between the two quickly grew, as they endured the struggles of living in Sasagi City together.
Eventually their bond grew in strength and in numbers, as they began "recruiting" other homeless orphans to their hideout. They all worked together to keep their supplies up: stealing, fighting... whatever was necessary to get what they needed to survive. Shina decided to take charge of this little coalition, forming a gang known as Sasagi Seven, in hopes of one day being able to overrun both of the major gangs within the city, and change how things worked. She taught them all what her father had taught her, and passed on her fighting proficiency to every one of them. Ryuu became a family-friend to each member of the group, but strictly loyal to his beloved companion Shina, who he never strayed too far from. A couple months passed, and then a year. The Sasagi Seven had grown tremendously in strength, loyalty, and knowledge. Shina's ambitions had gotten the best of her, and she planned a small attack on one of the Mafia's storage locations. However, the plan quickly failed as they were ambushed, two of the members being killed, and Masaru being captured.
Immediately following that tragedy, the Sasagi Seven was disbanded. Those who were still alive fled far to the outskirts of the city, including Shina and Ryuu, where they remained for sometime, losing contact with one another. A couple years passed before Shina finally decided to return to the main part of the city, when she was sixteen years old. Ryuu had grown to nearly double his original size, and Shina cut her hair, and modified her appearance just a little bit to prevent the Mafia from recognizing her. Though she changed internally too, the toll of the losses she suffered over the years and the increasingly more difficult lifestyle on the outskirts had hardened her to the core. Hearing various rumors of her father's killer being a Shinobi, she grew bitter, and began plotting her revenge. On her way there however, she heard news about a place called Takumi; heading in that direction in search of work.

Nindo: "Follow your instincts." Personality: Yasei was born and raised in the wild, and many of his characteristics are more animalistic than most. He has adjusted to human nature somewhat, but he can be found regressing to his old ways (eg sniffing someone upon meeting them, immediately looking for the alpha in a group of people, etc). He prefers spending his time with animals and in nature than he does with other people, but he is slowly trying to change that.
Despite his big size and "wild" upbringing, Yasei's nature is more akin to a sloth than a lion. His words are calm and slow-paced, and he usually leaves the burden of showing aggression to his bear, Chewy. He can be usually found smoking some kind of herb with a smile on his face. He pays more attention to body language than he does with words, for Yasei believes that no one is able to betray their natural animalistic instincts.

He was the son of two circus performers: the "Wolf Man of the Fire Country" and the "Voodoo Witch", both of whom were rather eccentric themselves. The pair - like the rest of the circus - joined because of a need to escape from their old lives (either because of crime, debt, religious reasons, etc). The circus spent most of their time traveling from town to town, keeping mostly to forests and jungles as to avoid any unnecessary attention from any one place. Along with the rest of the circus, Yasei learned to survive on the land and depend only on nature's resources. Every person in the circus taught Yasei something new (his Dad taught him to give in to his animal instincts, his Mom taught him to embrace Nature's energies, the "Magician" taught him how to use his body language to divert the attention of others, the "Lion Tamer" taught him how to assert dominance over bigger animals, etc) and, because he was the only child there, his only friends were circus freaks. As odd as Yasei's life was, it was all he had known and, to him, it was perfect. He didn't know or want of a "normal" life. He loved traveling, he loved living in nature, and he loved interacting with animals. In fact, on his 8th birthday, he got a bear cub as a gift from his dad.
However, all fairytales come to an end eventually. The circus was filled with people with amazing talents, but none of them were fighters. With the rise of shinobi came the rise of rogue ninja, and it was only a matter of time before the circus was ambushed by a group of bandits. Never exposed to ninjutsu in such a manner before, the circus were all but defenseless against the magical abilities of their attackers. Yasei escaped with his bear after watching the circus go up in flames. He was only 11 at the time.
With nowhere to go, Yasei's first instinct was to live with his own kind: the humans. His first and only exposure to shinobi was the ambush; understandably, that led to a distrust of them and a reluctance to enter one of their villages. So normal civilian life was his next best option. He did his best to try to interact with other the humans there, but the circus life was all he had known and his behavior was not normal for other humans. He idiosyncrasies (things like his preference of wearing little clothing and his habit of approaching ferocious animals with eagerness) would turn off humans and lead to him being shunned. Plus, he was inseparable from his grizzly bear, aptly named Chewy, something that no town ever felt comfortable with. It didn't take long for Yasei to realize that he wouldn't fit in the humans as he was now, so he went back into the forests and looked for a home there among the wild.
Yasei traveled the world with his best friend, his survivalist experience making it easier to fit in with wild animals than expected. He would be able to intimidate the alpha of a wolf pack one day, and keep up with tree-flying chimpanzees the next. He lived in any and every environment imaginable - though mostly jungles - interacting with creatures of all kinds in search of companionship. There were of course hiccups along the way - mostly because of Chewy - but the pair was able to make it work for over 4 years.
Yasei eventually found himself in the Lightning Country, and stories about the "Jungle Boy" and his bear were spreading like wildfire. It didn't take long for the Kumo shinobi to take notice and find him, and, fascinated by his friendship with Chewy, they encouraged Yasei to join their ranks. Hesitant, but eager to connect with humans again, Yasei agreed.

~iHeartAkitas~ My Only Issue Is The Pa No Honor Among Thugs An additional 'locked' formless style seems much for a PA. Since to obtain the same effect would require say taking The Discipline Blood Bender. However, Blood Bender has the added effect of not counting against the maximum 2. This Pa Granting an Additional 2 Formless Slots I'd have no problems with but for a full 'locked style' I'd say it would need some detriment but I may just be being difficult and nit picky. Since Wolfe is actually head honcho of the Giman I'd feel much more comfortable if he reviewed your profile over myself to see if all the history is A-ok if he hasn't already. Statusrazzending
TrafalgarHyozo I see no real problems here aside from one. But it isn't profile breaking. The typical nodachi on average only weighs about 7-9 lbs. 30lbs seems a bit of an unwieldy and huge weapon but...if you're looking for unwieldy and huge welp, you got it. Status:Approved

I could've sworn Wolfe got to these when he approved Trafs Kemuriton. I must've imagined it. Nope, I wasn't approving for Kumo or Kirigakure, I was leaving that to their respective rulers at the time. Bloodlines was neutral ground to me.
~iHeartAkitas~ My Only Issue Is The Pa No Honor Among Thugs An additional 'locked' formless style seems much for a PA. Since to obtain the same effect would require say taking The Discipline Blood Bender. However, Blood Bender has the added effect of not counting against the maximum 2. This Pa Granting an Additional 2 Formless Slots I'd have no problems with but for a full 'locked style' I'd say it would need some detriment but I may just be being difficult and nit picky. Since Wolfe is actually head honcho of the Giman I'd feel much more comfortable if he reviewed your profile over myself to see if all the history is A-ok if he hasn't already. Statusrazzending
We do allow for an additional Locked Formless style, since you only get +2 slots traditionally per rank up, thus preventing people from ranking both up to the maximum usable ranks. Such is the tradeoff.

I do have some fault in this character, unfortunately. While I personally don't mind using ideas/armor/skills from other series, such as our own Shigure Souen Style being based from another Anime, the following rules were put in to combat explicit copies of characters from other series.
Pointing to the plus that she does have a different actual name, as Neopolitan from RWBY hasn't been shown to have one yet, and that she also has no exposed history in her show, aside from her connection to Roman Torchwick, the combination of Neopolitan Fan Art as a reference picture and the Nickname being played off of the title draws the line in too close in the available categories we have to compare these characters.
To which end I simply say, drop the nickname, and the ability to swap her eye colours (Another trait of Neopolitan from RWBY) and this character is more than fair game.
