He's got a young, charismatic image to him. I suppose people do believe that he'd bring about changes for the better. :] We'll see how this turns out. Only time will tell wink

Ah. Bad idea unless you're tall. And even then it's still not a good idea, bleacher steps are long...

I used to have a PE teacher who would make us go on a Run Day every 3rd class (3km, or run to another school and come back etc). Before the run, she would make us warm up. By running up and down the stairs. At that time, I would get tired out just from the stairs xd

The first class of every week we'd run a mile, which was four laps around the track, after "warming up" for twenty minutes. Good times. At least that was two years ago. Now I don't need PE. YAY!

I was doing double steps again today, not for P.E. but just to get up the stairs quicker.
D: My friend told me that it took more energy.

Yeah, going up the stairs sure beats walking (in tiredness, I mean). It's hard on the joints too. I heard about a movie actor who liked treadmilling for exercise. He was a bit old though... and it appeared that due to his regular running (1 hour per run on a treadmill) his knee joints became really worn and he couldn't even walk.
