Karleen was born to a family of farmers who lived outside Kumogakure for varying reasons among the family members. The family lived peacefully and happily for a long time, staying to themselves and only going in to the main village in order to sell the foods they grew and made themselves. Then trouble happened, the whole family, except Karleen who was small enough to hide away from their attackers, was killed when a bandit group decided to pillage and kill everyone on the farm. After the slaughter, some ninjas were sent to investigate the lack of food from the farm the the village; thinking that the farmers were holding out on the village. What they came to find was a small and scared Karleen, dehydrated and hungry and scared, hiding in a cubbie under the house. Karleen lived the rest of her childhood inside the village, learning to eventually accept and move past her family's death. Karleen stayed with the village for some time, creating friends and even a love interest. However, an estranged family member Karleen didn't even remember called her off to take care of her in her dying days. While there, Karleen was attacked; and during the attack she suffered a severe head injury that robbed her of her memory. Upon realizing that her amnesia would be permanant, Karleen was released from the shinobi force in Kumogakure to live with her estranged aunt for the last of her days and then inherit the business left to her. Once her aunt died, Karleen trusted the business to the family even though she kept ownership, and began to travel the world to figure out who she was and what her life used to be.

After she took in the children, she would begin to torture them, tormenting their life until the end. It was not until she accidentally burned one and smelt the scent of burning flesh that she gave the flesh a trial taste test. Now she is eighteen years old and continues her practice, even so much as killing her family or what was left of them within her grasp and consumed them.
Denied: I have to deny this profile on grounds of its PAs. Infused attacks, while we've made a case like this before, it was learned as a custom technique, not as a personal attribute. Even then, I believe it still carries the cost of an activation.
Blood Rage: Slight boosts to Strength and Fortitude are fine if you have a detracting slight from reflexes or speed, but the condition of mental break is too vague. If anything, I would choose a new PA and resubmit this one as a custom technique, wherein you may be able to get more use out of it.

And your second PA, all techniques require at least a one handed seal unless the technique itself says it requires none. Only the Senju Bloodline can bypass this because of their affiliation to Eiseijutsu.
The first PA was originally seen as a custom jutsu, but seeing as yours would still consume an activation for both, I can allow it to pass.

In regards to changes there is only one and that is replacing the Multi-jointed PA he formerly had with something more viable now that I'm more aware of how the PA's work now since when he was first made that PA was put there simply out of 'just because'. Nindo: "Do not fear the unknown. Explore it" Personality: Tōsokurui is, in short,odd. The man will often mimic squid noises whilst he walks with cadence and sometimes even in rhythm. Often you'll find him going 'bloop' 'bloop' in the strangest of places, such as in trees, on roofs, or even in a trash can. Conversationally the man is whimsical and often will make squid puns when not feeling threatened. He is aware there is color in the world and wishes that someday he'll have the ability to see it which contributes to a growing sense of wanderlust. The man also has little respect for personal space or social norms as if he'd been born sheltered his entire life. Needless to say this leads to unexpected antics such as unwanted physical contact, breast groping, uncalled for tickling, etc. When he wants he can be extremely philosophical and endearing...this usually ends on a stupid note though. Description: Upon achieving a more honed physical body Tōsokurui goes into great lengths to find the ideal brush. He finds this incredibly large brush at a shop known as Takumi not having been sold due to its unwieldiness. The ink increases the muscle endurance of the person it is applied to by 50%, allowing excelled physical maneuvering. However, because it is composed mainly of chakra, it does not last very long (4 posts).
ΦSpiral Blend 041 [ X ] Rank B The ink will undergo alteration, however, rather than changing from its original black color, it will take the shape of a sharp twisted cone. When fired with a projectile spit, it will rotate in the air, acting as a drill. When used with [ Sticky Fingers, ] screw-like ink claws will form around the fingers.
ΦPiercing Blend 044 [ X ] Rank B The ink will undergo alteration, however, rather than changing from its original black color, it will take the shape of a thin long needle. When fired with a projectile spit, it has the potential to cut through most defenses. When used with [ Sticky Fingers, ] sharp ink talon will form around the fingers. These talon can then be used as such, or fired off as projectiles.
Twin Blend 050[1-5][ 6-10 ] Rank A A simple yet delicate mixing art which requires a vast amount of training to master, while preventing the loss of any potency. The Hojo clan member will cook two different ink blends within their mouth, resulting in the next ink attack to hold both properties. ( Rather than costing [80] chakra to perform, the cooked blend is the rank of the two ink blends combined. ) • Does not receive learning reductions.
Corrosive Blend 059 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, causing it to become a lime green color. When this ink comes into contact with skin, it spreads out to cover as much area as possible. After flattening itself, the ink will then begin to bubble and hiss, slowly eating away at the flesh of its victim. Prolonged exposure to this ink typically results in total skin loss. ( After a successful hit, it takes one [1] post to flatten, and another [1] post to activate. )
Constricting Blend 066 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, however, rather than changing from its original black color, it will take on a "wrap and bind" characteristic. When this ink makes contact with any surface, it will begin to stretch and reel itself around the object. After entrapping its target, the ink will begin to bind and tighten, acting as if a boa constrictor; crushing bones and most anything else, to be honest. ( After a successful hit, it takes one [1] post to wrap. )
Iron Blend 070 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, causing it to become a murky gray color. Unlike other blends, this ink is both meldable and durable, allowing the user to stretch it into various weaves. Because of these characteristics, the ink is most commonly spat into the hands and then spread wide to form a powerful shield.
Custom Hojo Clan Inking Methods/Blends/Techniques ΦInkBlend 002 Hakai 破壊 (Grey World Blend/ Literal: Destruction) Rank:E The user produces an ink that removes the color from the coated subject resulting in it being black and white until washed off. ΦInking Method: Kurunsui クルン水 (Black Fountain/ Literal: Krung Water) [ X ] Trained Rank:C The user concentrates a large amount of chakra and releases the ink produced skyward causing a rain of small individual ink pellets. This technique can be blended for devastating results if Twin Blend 050 has been learned for a lofty chakra cost. Expends double blend ranked chakra when blended. Each hit counts as 1 out of a percentile per pellet fired of a typical shots effectiveness. Kurunsui has the capability of covering an expanse the size of a district if used at it's full potential. ΦInking Method: Ikarokude 以下録で (Six Arms of the Squid/ Literal: The Following Recording)[ X ] Trained Rank: Rank A/ Sustain C Using the same process as sticky fingers produces six tentacle like appendages from the users back. The appendages have a sustain cost but function similarly if not exactly to Endai Ika capable of extending, holding, or wrapping. If a limb is lost 1/6th of the chakra's initial cost can be used to bring it back. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned doubling it's initial cost and increasing the price of regeneration to 1/3 of its initial cost. The sustain remains the same. The skill requires knowing the Hojo Clan skill Sticky Fingers. Only slightly stronger than Sticky Fingers counts for 1/3rd of a typical shot on a strike. Where a binding grab would result in the effectiveness of a typical shot each post the target spends restrained. If blended with Spiral Blend 041 the tentacles take a drill like shape if used with Piercing Blend 044 they will take a needle like shape.
ΦInkabe Paradaimu インクパラダイム壁 (Ink Wall Paradigm/ Literal: Ink Paradigm Wall)[ X ] Rank: C Combining Fuuton and Suiton chakra with their bloodline the user creates a cloud of ink that shoots upwards and floods the air obscuring vision and deflecting projectiles forming a wall 50 feet high. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned resulting in a cloud of the the combined inks inherent effects if applicable. Standing in the wall results in a typical shots worth of ink per each post spent within the wall. The wall is capable of deflecting projectiles an individual with enough resilience and strength can enter through the wall or penetrate it thus resulting in a typical shots worth of ink on the subject or item. ΦJiraiinku 地雷インク (Explosive Ink Mine/ Literal: Ink Mine)[ X ] Rank:X,(Trained As B) Combining Suiton and Fuuton chakra with their bloodline the Hojo creates an ink bubble that floats singularly in place that explodes when touched or is remotely detonated via hand seal. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned resulting in the combined inks inherent effects if applicable. It's strength and numbers can be increased with increased expenditure of Chakra. E-1, D-2, C-4, B-6, A-12, S-16. All Ink Mines start at the lowest size. The size can be Increased with further expenditure of Chakra. ΦTōsō inku 逃走インク(Fleeing Ink/ Literal:Getaway Ink)[ X ] Rank: C The Hojo Clan member can pass through ink itself for the minor duration and travel through areas covered in their own ink to reappear in any subsequent area there is ink. Similar and not unlike Shunshin, this technique has a maximum usage of three times per battle. Combining the skill with the knowledge from water walking grants it's user the ability to slide,sled, or glide on their own ink.
ΦIkawarutsu イカワルツ (Squid Waltz/ Literal:Following Waltz)[ X ] Rank: C: Complex The skill consumes a taijutsu slot. This technique utilizes Endai Ika in an unconventional way in order to produce misdirection and a subsequent devastating blow by combining both hard and soft physical formless styles. The user extends, grabs a stationary object, and retracts their arms around a vicinity flinging themselves around the area not unlike a rubber band. This process when repeated and completed in quick succession increases overall momentum. Strength and speed increases over post duration by rank. Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, and greatly increases occur after capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc but never exceeding.). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue assuming the user has the limbs to do so i.e Ikarokude or one free hand. Ikawaratsu has a three post cool down before being used again after a complete stop. Naturally Ikawarustu can overcome ninjutsu it comes into contact with of its current rank or lower.
ΦInking Method: Inku-ire Keisei インク入れ 形成(Ink Well Formation) [ X ] Rank:X (Trained As: A) Description: Rooted in creativity Toso has acquired a significant level of skill when it comes to forming his ink prior to its release. These formations can take various shapes. Their durations, size, and strength are reflexive of the Chakra used to produce them. Structures vary from platforms that suspend in mid air, to large dome shaped barriers. This technique is comparable to the Kanboku Skill Ink Blade Edge. However, the complexity of doing this requires a lofty cost. Unlike other Inking methods which become a normal means of administering Hojo ink, Inku-ire Keisei while it may not consume an activation does require a Chakra cost equivalent to the shape and structure made. Offensive structures disperse usually immediately upon when it's function is complete. Such as biting swiping or falling.

They can execute any technique in the Kanboku style that does not require bristles with their fingers and hands. For the duration of the ability the user's knowledge in Formless Style Brush Applies to either Soft Physical or Hard Physical Up to the Rank expended but never both at the same time. Spending D ranked amount of Chakra would allow the user to treat their hands for the purpose of Soft Physical and Hard Physical as D assuming their Knowledge in Formless Brush is at least D for a two post duration. When used in conjunction with Hojo clan Sticky Fingers the secreted blend can be applied. If seal connection is known prepared fuuin corresponding with the seal can be triggered in mid air up to the chakra rank expended.
ΦIka-Nejiru [Squid Twist][ X ] Rank: X (Trained as C) Description: The Hojo applies their unique gift to extend their arms up to ten yards to their entire body as well. Their body ultimately becomes malleable as if lacking a spine like their invertebrate ancestors and can stretch to twice the user's height or contort to half the user's height. Almost becoming fluid in nature all evasive techniques can be used requiring only half the stamina and chakra required for a duration of [1] post per rank of chakra expended. This technique consumes duration based on the Rank of the evasive technique it's used in conjunction with. (i.e [3] post duration at minimum is required for reducing the cost of a C-ranked evasion and said duration is consumed when doing so.) Unused duration can roll over to a subsequent activation but to be used in conjunction with equivalent evasive techniques the minimum duration rank must be met. If the duration is not 'refreshed' upon reaching it's final post said [1] duration does not roll over. Unfortunately malleability comes at the cost of strength. Physical Bukijutsu and Taijutsu techniques designed to inflict direct harm are treated as one rank lower in strength when used in conjunction with this technique.

Fude Kyouka [Brush Reinforcement] [ X ] Rank: X :: Spiritual [ Trained as D ] Description: The user reinforces their brush with Chakra, allowing the brush to withstand attacks up to the rank of this technique plus one-half the rank of the user’s Finesse stat without taking damage or being destroyed. Additionally, the brush is anchored to the user’s hand and cannot be forcibly removed by a technique less than this technique’s rank. Lasts for 4 posts per rank.

Fudearai [Brush Washing] Rank: X :: Complex [ Trained as C ] [ X ] Description: The user swings the brush, launching any ink on it toward the enemy in the path of the brush. Has a range of half a meter per rank. Requires ink to be on the brush. Ink can be washed away with alcohol.
Sumi ni Hitasu [ Dip in Ink ] Rank: X :: Spiritual [ Trained as C ] [ X ] Description: Coats the brush tip in ink that automatically replenishes for three uses per rank. If the brush is small (i.e. standard brush size, not giant), the number of uses per rank increases to four.

Harainokeru [ Brush Away ] Rank: X :: Complex [ Trained as B ] [ X ] Description: The user draws a single stroke on a Chakra form of some kind, be it armor or an incoming attack. Techniques without a listed duration are dispersed immediately, and those with a duration greater than one post disperse on the target’s next turn. Can only affect techniques of the same rank or lower. Requires ink to be on the brush.
Gyounen [ Mental Concentration ] [ X ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The user employs all of the info they have gathered over the battle to increase their odds of survival. The user may reduce their number of accumulated posts toward the Hard and/or Soft Mental Formless Styles to channel a Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Fuuinjutsu they know through the brush, imbuing it with that technique's properties for three posts. Up to one accumulated post can be used this way per this technique's rank. Any costs associated with the Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Fuuinjutsu activated this way must be paid if they exceed the cost of this technique (treat Chakra and Stamina as the same when determining costs). Can be used to deflect techniques, but is intended for use with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu; sound-based Ninjutsu and Genjutsu can be activated at the same time as this technique without consuming an additional activation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

His sizable paint brush strapped securely on his back looked ready to paint a mural if it had to. The sun had just set and clouds began to roll in, of course it was always cloudy here. "Kumokagure...bloop." The man sounded uncertain. He was told that he had to venture forth, away from the land of tea, to this place. Suddenly the uncertain look on his face became excitement. Although he did not show it with a grin or smile his body was brimming with energy at exploring this new and unknown territory.
Tōsokurui then began a brisk walk toward to gate only to be met with a shuriken nearly embedding itself into his left foot. Stopping with what would sound like the squealing of a sudden brake Tōsokurui would look up having gripped his paintbrushes shoulder strap in surprise. "State your business outsider!" he would hear from the throat of a young kunoichi, a genin by the looks of it. Tōsokurui stared awestruck, it had been awhile since he'd spoken to someone. What should he say? What should he do? Then memories of his father flooded in as his words echoes in his head. "Remember son, women care deeply about their melons. Especially if their smaller than their rivals. Realize that it is only natural for you to love them as much as they do. Show interest in their melons and they will show interest in you...bloop."
With that memory in mind the mans arm extended like a flash of lightening bridging the distance between him and the kunoichi. Needless to say after a brief silence, a bloop, and a shriek, chaos erupted. When the madness settled Tōsokurui was taken into custody where he later explained his situation. A member of the scarce Hoju clan the from Land of Tea was to be sent on journey to Kumogakure to obtain further knowledge about the ninja and put his skills to use. Unfortunately for him he had forgotten his clans basic training and thus has been going through steps to learn and master them once more utilizing the guide he was given by his parents.
Prior to that Tōsokurui would have to start at square one within the villages own academy. Training in the basics was a simple enough task. Tōsokurui approaching each situation in unconventional ways. His extendable arms, pale skin, and later discovered color blindness where all ammunition for the students who either envied him or simply disliked him. Their mocking didn't bother him much however, and was usually met with a few bloops and him ignoring the naysayers entirely. That was, until the day he was mocked stating he could never be any form of artist because he could not see color. A violent anger began to well inside of Tōsokurui but then...it stopped. He smiled and then ditched the rest of that days class. When class was dismissed the students and faculty would discover a beautifully painted mural of the ocean using a multitude of colors upon the schools wall. Although the colors weren't the social norm. An orange sea, a purple squid, sea foam green clouds, yellow kelp but it was all hypnotizing in its own sense. After that day Tōsokurui was never teased again by the students in his class and later promoted to genin status.

In this town he would see many strong warriors parading themselves and their noble status, this he too would hope to one day exemplify.
As a young man and of such a wealthy city, it was expected of any resident to learn to read and write. Two years of tutelage, with his Stallion friend, and finally the question came if the boy had ever named him. While reading the works of Cervantes, the boy then decided, such would be the name of his horse. Another year, his nineteenth, he entered the City Guard. While the years were rather boring, with the occasional thief or scuffle, the boy gained little experience, but great knowledge. And as he reached the end of his fourth year of service, at the age of twenty three. He finished his initial order of duty and decided to return to his hometown. Now a 'great noble' he sought to seek revenge for his sister and his tragic upbringing. Yet, as he returned to his hometown, he came to find their childhood home had been burnt to the ground and rumor told of his sister leaving with a white-haired foreigner many years ago.
For a time he followed the clues, until he came upon a port city where apparently the white haired stranger had left. Seeking too, to better himself, he followed in the footsteps, or seasteps (How does one measure such a thing) towards a port village called Takumi, in the Shinobi Nations.

Nindo: "Do not fear the unknown. Explore it" Personality: Tōsokurui is, in short,odd. The man will often mimic squid noises whilst he walks with cadence and sometimes even in rhythm. Often you'll find him going 'bloop' 'bloop' in the strangest of places, such as in trees, on roofs, or even in a trash can. Conversationally the man is whimsical and often will make squid puns when not feeling threatened. He is aware there is color in the world and wishes that someday he'll have the ability to see it which contributes to a growing sense of wanderlust. The man also has little respect for personal space or social norms as if he'd been born sheltered his entire life. Needless to say this leads to unexpected antics such as unwanted physical contact, breast groping, uncalled for tickling, etc. When he wants he can be extremely philosophical and endearing...this usually ends on a stupid note though. I.e "The night sky is like an ocean, the stars unknown areas to be explored, and us, but wee fishes...can you just imagine how many squids could fit up there? Bloop." His Onomatopoeia's however change in tandem to his mood. Depression or hunger is usually accompanied by ebi meaning shrimp. When excited the bloop is often replaced with a passionate ika meaning squid. When attracted to someone bloop is replaced with tako meaning octopus. In combat the man is a combination of analytical and unpredictable.

Description: Upon achieving a more honed physical body Tōsokurui goes into great lengths to find the ideal brush. He finds this incredibly large brush at a shop known as Takumi not having been sold due to its unwieldiness. The brushes head itself is said to be malleable and can be molded by the users chakra into various shapes and sizes. Allowing a variation of large weapon Bukijutsu to be used assuming they're known. Among these being Staff, Polearms,Greatsword,Scythe,Whip and Lance while still retaining the benefits of a brush. The brushes bristles can be damaged, but the own users chakra can be poured into it to repair the brush head. However, this only applies to its bristles not the brush itself.
Ability Summary: ►Passively Modoru gōmō is treated as a brush even when it's form has shifted. Thus it can use ink and be utilized with the Kanboku style in tandem. ►Feeding Modoru gōmō 10 Chakra will change the tip of it's bristles into any form of weapon befitting of it's size. Corrosive Blend 059 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, causing it to become a lime green color. When this ink comes into contact with skin, it spreads out to cover as much area as possible. After flattening itself, the ink will then begin to bubble and hiss, slowly eating away at the flesh of its victim. Prolonged exposure to this ink typically results in total skin loss. ( After a successful hit, it takes one [1] post to flatten, and another [1] post to activate. )
Constricting Blend 066 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, however, rather than changing from its original black color, it will take on a "wrap and bind" characteristic. When this ink makes contact with any surface, it will begin to stretch and reel itself around the object. After entrapping its target, the ink will begin to bind and tighten, acting as if a boa constrictor; crushing bones and most anything else, to be honest. ( After a successful hit, it takes one [1] post to wrap. )
Iron Blend 070 [ X ] Rank A The ink will undergo alteration, causing it to become a murky gray color. Unlike other blends, this ink is both meldable and durable, allowing the user to stretch it into various weaves. Because of these characteristics, the ink is most commonly spat into the hands and then spread wide to form a powerful shield.
Custom Hojo Clan Inking Methods/Blends/Techniques ΦInkBlend 002 Hakai 破壊 (Grey World Blend/ Literal: Destruction) Rank:E The user produces an ink that removes the color from the coated subject resulting in it being black and white until washed off. This technique can be blended for devastating results if Twin Blend 050 has been learned for a lofty chakra cost. Expends double blend ranked chakra when blended. Each hit counts as 1 out of a percentile per pellet fired of a typical shots effectiveness. Kurunsui has the capability of covering an expanse the size of a district if used at it's full potential. ΦInking Method: Ikarokude 以下録で (Six Arms of the Squid/ Literal: The Following Recording)[ X ] Trained Rank: Rank A/ Sustain C Using the same process as sticky fingers produces six tentacle like appendages from the users back. The appendages have a sustain cost but function similarly if not exactly to Endai Ika capable of extending, holding, or wrapping. If a limb is lost 1/6th of the chakra's initial cost can be used to bring it back. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned doubling it's initial cost and increasing the price of regeneration to 1/3 of its initial cost. The sustain remains the same. The skill requires knowing the Hojo Clan skill Sticky Fingers. Only slightly stronger than Sticky Fingers counts for 1/3rd of a typical shot on a strike. Where a binding grab would result in the effectiveness of a typical shot each post the target spends restrained. If blended with Spiral Blend 041 the tentacles take a drill like shape if used with Piercing Blend 044 they will take a needle like shape.
ΦInkabe Paradaimu インクパラダイム壁 (Ink Wall Paradigm/ Literal: Ink Paradigm Wall)[ X ] Rank: C Combining Fuuton and Suiton chakra with their bloodline the user creates a cloud of ink that shoots upwards and floods the air obscuring vision and deflecting projectiles forming a wall 50 feet high. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned resulting in a cloud of the the combined inks inherent effects if applicable. Standing in the wall results in a typical shots worth of ink per each post spent within the wall. The wall is capable of deflecting projectiles an individual with enough resilience and strength can enter through the wall or penetrate it thus resulting in a typical shots worth of ink on the subject or item. Inkabe Paradaimu does not apply to deflecting Taijustu, or Bukijustu unless they are projectile based. ΦJiraiinku 地雷インク (Explosive Ink Mine/ Literal: Ink Mine)[ X ] Rank:X,(Trained As B) Combining Suiton and Fuuton chakra with their bloodline the Hojo creates an ink bubble that floats singularly in place that explodes when touched or is remotely detonated via hand seal. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned resulting in the combined inks inherent effects if applicable. It's strength and numbers can be increased with increased expenditure of Chakra. E-1, D-2, C-4, B-6, A-12, S-16. All Ink Mines start at the lowest size. The size can be Increased with further expenditure of Chakra. E-Golfball, D-Baseball, C-Basketball, B-Exercise Ball, A-Boulder, S-Bigger Boulder (Formula: Blend+Number+Size=Cost) Putting it Into Perspective The effectiveness of each mine shot wise is determined by size E=1/8th D=1/4th C=1/2 B-A=1 S-S+=2(I.e This would skip a Blend like Corrosive Blends setting phase and turn Constricting Blend to an Instant effect)
ΦTōsō inku 逃走インク(Fleeing Ink/ Literal:Getaway Ink)[ X ] Rank: C The Hojo Clan member can pass through ink itself for the minor duration and travel through areas covered in their own ink to reappear in any subsequent area there is ink. Similar and not unlike Shunshin, this technique has a maximum usage of three times per battle. Combining the skill with the knowledge from water walking grants it's user the ability to slide,sled, or glide on their own ink.
ΦIkawarutsu イカワルツ (Squid Waltz/ Literal:Following Waltz)[ X ] Rank: C: Complex The skill consumes a taijutsu slot. This technique utilizes Endai Ika in an unconventional way in order to produce misdirection and a subsequent devastating blow by combining both hard and soft physical formless styles. The user extends, grabs a stationary object, and retracts their arms around a vicinity flinging themselves around the area not unlike a rubber band. This process when repeated and completed in quick succession increases overall momentum. Strength and speed increases over post duration by rank. Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, and greatly increases occur after capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc but never exceeding.). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue assuming the user has the limbs to do so i.e Ikarokude or one free hand. Ikawaratsu has a three post cool down before being used again after a complete stop. Naturally Ikawarustu can overcome ninjutsu it comes into contact with of its current rank or lower.
ΦInking Method: Inku-ire Keisei インク入れ 形成(Ink Well Formation) [ X ] Rank:X (Trained As: A) Description: Rooted in creativity Toso has acquired a significant level of skill when it comes to forming his ink prior to its release. These formations can take various shapes. Their durations, size, and strength are reflexive of the Chakra used to produce them. Structures vary from platforms that suspend in mid air, to large dome shaped barriers. This technique is comparable to the Kanboku Skill Ink Blade Edge. However, the complexity of doing this requires a lofty cost. Unlike other Inking methods which become a normal means of administering Hojo ink, Inku-ire Keisei while it may not consume an activation does require a Chakra cost equivalent to the shape and structure made. Offensive structures disperse usually immediately upon when it's function is complete. Such as biting swiping or falling.

ΦIka-Nejiru [Squid Twist][ X ] Rank: X (Trained as C) Description: The Hojo applies their unique gift to extend their arms up to ten yards to their entire body as well. Their body ultimately becomes malleable as if lacking a spine like their invertebrate ancestors and can stretch to twice the user's height or contort to half the user's height. Almost becoming fluid in nature all evasive techniques can be used requiring only half the stamina and chakra required for a duration of [1] post per rank of chakra expended. This technique consumes duration based on the Rank of the evasive technique it's used in conjunction with. (i.e [3] post duration at minimum is required for reducing the cost of a C-ranked evasion and said duration is consumed when doing so.) Unused duration can roll over to a subsequent activation but to be used in conjunction with equivalent evasive techniques the minimum duration rank must be met. If the duration is not 'refreshed' upon reaching it's final post said [1] duration does not roll over. Unfortunately malleability comes at the cost of strength. Techniques without a listed duration are dispersed immediately, and those with a duration greater than one post disperse on the target’s next turn. Can only affect techniques of the same rank or lower. Requires ink to be on the brush.
Gyounen [ Mental Concentration ] [ X ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The user employs all of the info they have gathered over the battle to increase their odds of survival. The user may reduce their number of accumulated posts toward the Hard and/or Soft Mental Formless Styles to channel a Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Fuuinjutsu they know through the brush, imbuing it with that technique's properties for three posts. Up to one accumulated post can be used this way per this technique's rank. His sizable paint brush strapped securely on his back looked ready to paint a mural if it had to. The sun had just set and clouds began to roll in, of course it was always cloudy here. "Kumokagure...bloop." The man sounded uncertain. He was told that he had to venture forth, away from the land of tea, to this place. Suddenly the uncertain look on his face became excitement. Although he did not show it with a grin or smile his body was brimming with energy at exploring this new and unknown territory.
Tōsokurui then began a brisk walk toward to gate only to be met with a shuriken nearly embedding itself into his left foot. Stopping with what would sound like the squealing of a sudden brake Tōsokurui would look up having gripped his paintbrushes shoulder strap in surprise. "State your business outsider!" he would hear from the throat of a young kunoichi, a genin by the looks of it. Tōsokurui stared awestruck, it had been awhile since he'd spoken to someone. What should he say? What should he do? Then memories of his father flooded in as his words echoes in his head. "Remember son, women care deeply about their melons. Especially if their smaller than their rivals. Realize that it is only natural for you to love them as much as they do. Show interest in their melons and they will show interest in you...bloop."
With that memory in mind the mans arm extended like a flash of lightening bridging the distance between him and the kunoichi. Needless to say after a brief silence, a bloop, and a shriek, chaos erupted. When the madness settled Tōsokurui was taken into custody where he later explained his situation. A member of the scarce Hoju clan the from Land of Tea was to be sent on journey to Kumogakure to obtain further knowledge about the ninja and put his skills to use. Unfortunately for him he had forgotten his clans basic training and thus has been going through steps to learn and master them once more utilizing the guide he was given by his parents.
Prior to that Tōsokurui would have to start at square one within the villages own academy. Training in the basics was a simple enough task. Tōsokurui approaching each situation in unconventional ways. His extendable arms, pale skin, and later discovered color blindness where all ammunition for the students who either envied him or simply disliked him. Their mocking didn't bother him much however, and was usually met with a few bloops and him ignoring the naysayers entirely. That was, until the day he was mocked stating he could never be any form of artist because he could not see color. A violent anger began to well inside of Tōsokurui but then...it stopped. He smiled and then ditched the rest of that days class. When class was dismissed the students and faculty would discover a beautifully painted mural of the ocean using a multitude of colors upon the schools wall. Although the colors weren't the social norm. An orange sea, a purple squid, sea foam green clouds, yellow kelp but it was all hypnotizing in its own sense. After that day Tōsokurui was never teased again by the students in his class and later promoted to genin status.

A young man of fifteen years of age, he ran from the hovel of his parents, ran for days until he collapsed on the roadside. He came to, some hours later, upon the back of a young Stallion. The stallion itself had been separated from his herd and upon finding another unlikely stray, decided to adopt him. Following the roads, eventually the pair came across the city of Lammershagen. In this town he would see many strong warriors parading themselves and their noble status, this he too would hope to one day exemplify.
As a young man and of such a wealthy city, it was expected of any resident to learn to read and write. Two years of tutelage, with his Stallion friend, and finally the question came if the boy had ever named him. While reading the works of Cervantes, the boy then decided, such would be the name of his horse. Another year, his nineteenth, he entered the City Guard. While the years were rather boring, with the occasional thief or scuffle, the boy gained little experience, but great knowledge. And as he reached the end of his fourth year of service, at the age of twenty three. He finished his initial order of duty and decided to return to his hometown. Now a 'great noble' he sought to seek revenge for his sister and his tragic upbringing. Yet, as he returned to his hometown, he came to find their childhood home had been burnt to the ground and rumor told of his sister leaving with a white-haired foreigner many years ago.
For a time he followed the clues, until he came upon a port city where apparently the white haired stranger had left. Seeking too, to better himself, he followed in the footsteps, or seasteps (How does one measure such a thing) towards a port village called Takumi, in the Shinobi Nations.

He enrolled the academy as every other aspiring ninja in his village when he was of age but soon stopped studying there, as he was more interested in reading various books. He kept that lifestyle up for several years. A couple of years after he entered adulthood, he two crucial things happened that made him decide to become a ninja in the end.
He learned about his family history and his own ninjutsu capabilities and the slaughter of his father and younger brother to bandits. As a now grown man, Shinrin didn't need much time in the academy to learn what he needed to learn in order for him to become a ninja on his own right. Just as he entered the 21st year of his life he was at last a ninja of the hidden mist.
Having become accustumed to the life of a ninja, Shinrin is living his life as one, each day trying to learn something new and trying to refine his abilities.
