Things that help with coughs:
Citrus (Oranges work best from what I've seen)
Mint (clears sinuses, soothes throat)
Eucalyptus (Also helps clear sinuses for easier breathing)
Honey (Helps soothe throat)

I enjoy the story about how Syaoran came to the cloud country from another dimension for ten days just to meet the princess. You don't see dedication like that now a days xD
